Consent agenda, approved as one vote: 6.a: Authorized the City Manager to renew the subscription/support agreement with MCCi for GovBuilt, ePlanSoft, and Laserfiche in the amount of $123,660.78. 6.b: Authorized the City Manager to execute a contract with Gotham Artists to provide entertainment services for Spark in the Park 2025 in the amount of $65,600.00. 6.c: Authorized the City Manager to renew the General Services contract with SRH Landscapes for mowing and landscaping City properties in an amount not to exceed $148,274.56 for a total aggregate fiscal year expenditure of $254,185.00. 6.d: Authorized the City Manager to execute a construction contract with DRI Construction for the Library Remodel project, via The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) Contract Number 23010402, in the amount of $208,849.52, for a total aggregate fiscal year expenditure of $419,251.14. 6.e: Authorized the City Manager to execute a six-month lease agreement with Tillar 1750 Main Weatherford Partners, LP for the Public Works Warehouse rental in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00. 6.f: Authorized the City Manager to execute a construction contract with Home Run Floors, LLC for the Fire Station 4 flooring project, in an amount not to exceed $30,142.47, for a total aggregate fiscal year expenditure of $66,089.06. 6.g: Authorized the City Manager and Chief of Police to enter into an agreement with the Department of Defense via the 1033 Program, allowing the Weatherford Police Department free access to surplus DOD equipment. 6.h: Authorized the City Manager to execute a construction contract with DRI Construction for the Fire Station 4 Remodel project, via The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) Contract Number 23010402, in the amount of $179,566.41, for a total aggregate fiscal year expenditure of $419,251.14.

7.a: Hold a PUBLIC HEARING and consider adoption of Ordinance O2025-07 concerning a request by Pamela Willis regarding a conditional use permit for Auto Sales and Service/Outside Sales as a Primary use on an approximate 2.48-acre tract generally located at 1435 Fort Worth Highway, City of Weatherford, Parker County, Texas. CUP-25-0001. The City Council removed this item from the table for consideration; it had been originally tabled at the February 25, 2025, meeting. Director of Development Kaleb Kentner presented a conditional use permit request for Auto Sales and Service/Outside Sales for a Kioti Dealership at 1435 Fort Worth Highway, submitted by applicant Pamela Willis. Mayor Paul Paschall opened the Public Hearing at 6:09 p.m. • Bryan Welch, 3000 S. Hulen Street, Fort Worth, addressed questions from the City Council Council Member Matt Ticzkus arrived at 6:10 p.m. There being no further comments, Mayor Paschall closed the Public Hearing at 6:22 p.m. On the motion of Luke Williams, second by Matt Ticzkus, the City Council voted unanimously to approve the conditional use permit subject to the following conditions: 1. Hours of operation for the business shall be limited to Monday - Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 2. Temporary signs, banners, and other advertisements shall not be permitted on the property. 3.
