Consent agenda, approved as one vote: 6.a: Approved a request for final plat approval for Chisolm Park Addition Phase 1, being 171 residential lots on a 40.171-acre tract generally located along FM 920 and being situated in the John C. Chapman Survey, Abstract No. 249, City of Weatherford, Parker County, Texas. SBD2024-0002. 6.b: Approved a request for a final plat approval for LJS Rebuild, being 1 lot on a 0.700-acre tract of land generally located at 1701 South Main Street, City of Weatherford, Parker County, Texas. SBD2023-0040. 6.c: Reappointed Faye Maxwell to the Animal Shelter Advisory Committee; and reappointed Rick Mutina and Kwin Smith to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. 6.d: Consider adoption of Resolution R2024-06 declaring unopposed candidates in the May 4, 2024, General City Election elected to office, and canceling the election. On the motion of Zack Smith, second by Heidi Wilder, the City Council voted to approve Resolution R2024-06 declaring unopposed candidates in the May 4, 2024 General City Election elected to office, and canceling the election. The motion carried 4 - 0. Mayor Paul Paschall congratulated Place 3 candidate and incumbent, Matt Ticzkus and Place 4 candidate, Luke Williams. 6.e: Approved a General Services contract (Bid #2024-009) with SRH Landscapes for mowing and landscaping City properties in the amount of $254,185.00. 6.f: Approved a contract with Gotham Artists to provide entertainment services for Spark in the Park 2024 in the amount of $90,550.00. 6.g: Approved HVAC Services from Enviromatic Systems, through an interlocal agreement with Texas Local Government Purchasing Cooperative (Buyboard) in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00. 6.h: Accepted the Police Department's 2023 Racial Profiling Report. 6.i: Approved a historical reinvestment tax incentive for an individual local historic landmark at 405 West Lee Avenue, City of Weatherford, Parker County, Texas.

7.a: Consider approval of final plans for Heritage Trails, being 188 lots on approximately 20.921 acres located on the northwest corner of Front Street and Tremont Street, City of Weatherford, Parker County, Texas. Mayor Paschall announced that this item had been withdrawn at the request of the applicant. The City Council took no action on this item.
