Approve the final plat for a subdivision known as Davidson Gardens consisting of 2.36 acres developed by Cynthia Lynn Davidson with well water in Precinct Three.

Begin the preliminary plat process for a subdivision to be known as Godbey Addition consisting of 1.637 acres developed by Paul & Heather Godbey with Millsap Water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.

Approve the Order for the cancelation of Lots 1-2 in a subdivision known as Turkey Hill Estates consisting of 8.481 acres developed by Howard and Richard Lee Jones and Juan and Susana Favela located within the ETJ of the City of Weatherford in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.

Approve the final revision for a subdivision known as Aledo River PH 1 consisting of 2.207 acres developed by Westbrook Project Management LLC with well water in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.

Begin the cancelation process for Lot 1, Block 7, Lot 15AR and 15 BR, Block 7, of Hilltop Park Addition in Precinct four released from the City of Fort Worth ETJ. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision known as Bradshaw Estates located in the ETJ City of Springtown consisting of 14.45 acres developed by 2HM Investments located off of East Bradshaw Road with Walnut Creek as their water source in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve item 9-A-1; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision known as Roaring Springs Addition in the ETJ City of Reno consisting of 5.798 acres developed by EMF Homes LLC located off of Midway Road with Walnut Creek as their water source in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.

Begin the preliminary plat process for a subdivision to be known as Pleasant Oaks Subdivision PH 2 consisting of 5.0 acres developed by Moorefield Living Trust located off of Knob Road with well water as their water source in Precinct One. Approve the final plat for a subdivision known as Morris Estates consisting of 18.840 acres developed by Phillip & Brenda Morris with Aqua Water Supply in Precinct One. No action taken.
