Final Results for Surplus Auction December 1-12,. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.
Discuss/Update on Regional Transportation Council Meeting. No action taken.
Discuss/Accept donation of seven (7) portable power stations from Anker to Parker County Emergency Management. Emergency Management Coordinator Jason Lane presented information to the Court. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.
Related to required electrical work at Main tower site and approve associated budget adjustment from General Fund program contingency. IT Director Jamés Caywood presented information to the Court. Carried.
Discuss/Approve Motorola Change Orders 1, 2, 3, and Install Completion Certificate and ; take any action the court deems necessary. Discuss implementing a possible burn ban. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by County Judge Deen, to approve implementing a sixty day burn ban, and to be reviewed by the Court at the next scheduled Court meeting; carried.
