Discuss/Authorize the County Judge to accept the Komatsu Architecture proposal for the site assessment at the Jim Wright House located at 202 West Oak Street, Weatherford, TX 76086. Discuss/Approve making the current part-time clerk position in Department 474 into a part-time forensic death investigator position. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by County Judge Pat Deen, to approve; AYES: County Judge Pat Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale NOES: Commissioner Walden .; carried.

Ongoing reporting of bond projects to Commissioners Court by Freese & Nichols. Chris Bosco, Freese & Nichols, presented the monthly report to the Court.

Design services for Ric Williamson Memorial Highway Bridge at US 180. Chris Bosco, Freese & Nichols, presented information to the Court. '. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Design services for Fairview Rd and Pritchard Lane. Chris Bosco, Freese & Nichols, presented information to the Court. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Authorization to Advertise RFP PC25-39 Mental Health Diversionary Services. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve to advertise RFP PC 25-39 for Juvenile Probation’s Mental Health Diversionary Services; carried.

Authorization to Advertise RFP PC25-40 Job Training and Job Placement Services. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve request for authorization to advertise RFP PC25-40 for Juvenile Probation job training and placement services; carried.

Accept/Reject/Renew RFP PC24-45 Disaster Debris Removal, Reduction, ' Disposal and Other Emergency Services for Parker County. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve the renewal of contracts for RFP PC24-45 Disaster Debris Removal, Reduction, Disposal and other Emergency Services; carried.

Authorization of Surplus Property List in an Online Auction. No action taken.

Authorization to Declare Salvage & Dispose of lots not sold in Auction 7/21/25 - 8/1/25. S. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve authorization of disposal of three desks, office supplies, face shields, whiteboards, desktop organizers, and round tables; carried.

Discussion/Update on Regional Transportation Council Meeting. Judge Deen presented an update on the Regional Council Meeting. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.

Approval of the Order of Special Election to be held on November 4, 2025, in Parker County, Texas for the purpose of voting in a Special Election to adopt or reject the proposed Constitutional Amendments as submitted by the 89th Legislature, Regular Session of the State of Texas. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Accept donation of $1,745.00 to the Parker County Sheriff's Office from 3 Alarm Fireworks. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.

Authorize the County Attorney, District Attorney and County Judge to apply for SB 22 Funds for FY 2026. :. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Approve the Interlocal Agreement for Road Repairs with the City of Willow Park. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.

Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision known as Hilltop Acres with two lots (2) consisting of six point zero acres (6.0) located off of New Hope Road, developed by Steve and Wendy Bennie, with Walnut Creek SUS in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Approve the waiver for the groundwater study in a subdivision to be known as Bar-B Ranch Phase 2 in the ETJ City of Fort Worth, with four lots (4) consisting of sixteen point zero nine nine three acres (16.0993), developed by Barbara Boardman, located off of Flat Rock Road with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Accept the Maintenance Bond for a subdivision known as Pennsylvania Avenue Addition in the ETJ City of Springtown in Precinct One. -. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Approve the waiver for the groundwater study in a subdivision known as Zion Trails Phase 3, with two lots (2), consisting of four point four zero acres (4.40), located off of Zebrastone Way, developed by Dennis, Cheryl, Adam, and Mikaela Mittleider in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Begin the revision for a subdivision known as Zion Trails Phase 3, with two lots (2), consisting of four point four zero acres (4.40), developed by Dennis, Cheryl, Adam, and Mikaela Mittleider with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision known as Sealed Acres, with one lot (1) consisting of six point seven three eight acres (6.738), located off of Old Agnes Road, developed by Donald and Rita Mauldin, Co-Trustee of the Mauldin Family 2021 Irrevocable Trust, with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Accept the Special Warranty Deed for additional right-of-way located off of Old Agnes Road in a subdivision known as Sealed Acres in Precinct Two. :. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Oxen Acres, with two lots (2), consisting of thirteen point zero one zero acres (13.010), located off of Oxen Lane, developed by : Sylvia Gillen with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Notification of the Order 2025-35 for the annexation from the City of Weatherford for 17.819 acres located off of Causbie Road and BB Fielder.

Approve the waiver for the groundwater study for a subdivision to be known as, Tin Top Acres, with two lots (2), consisting of eleven point one three six acres (11.136) in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Quintana Acres, with one lot (1) consisting of zero point nine six nine acres (0.969), located off of Hereford Lane, developed by Galileo Quintana and Laura Winningham with Parker County SUD in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.

Notification of the Release from the City of Weatherford ETJ for 145 acres located off of Causbie Road and Old Airport Road in Precinct Three and Precinct Four.
