Proclaim May 11th, 2025 as Children's Mental Wellness Day in Parker County. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve; carried.

Upper Trinity Groundwater Conservation District's vacated Board of Directors seat effective 6/1/2025. DISCUSSION ONLY/NO ACTION.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Muslims United Phase 2, consisting of 4.448 acres developed by Muslims United for Progress Inc. located off of Russell Bend Road, with well water in Precinct Two. Those who presented information to the court were:. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by County Judge Pat Deen, to take no action on this item today, and bring that back at a future court to be determined later on based on what our information findings are; carried.

Approve the use of the Parker County parking lot (NW quadrant) May 3 - 4, 2025 by Downtown Weatherford, Inc. for the 5th Annual Sunset on the Square event and to display signage on county property. Motion by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve; carried.

Approve the salvage/destruction of Bulletproof Vests. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve; carried.

Johnson Bend and Green Acres Utility Relocation Fees. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve; carried.

Veal Station Road Survey Task Authorization. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve; carried.

Discuss/Approve the Budget Advisory Committee recommendation to publish the three Public Notices for the 2026 Budget cycle in both the Weatherford Democrat and The Community News which will increase the budget by $1,025.00. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, to approve; carried.

Discuss/Consider recommendations for up to two projects to submit for the NCTCOG Solid Waste Grant. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve; carried.

Discuss/Approve tentative FY 2026 Budget Calendar. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve as presented in court; carried.

Discuss/Approve the County Judge to sign TCEQ Core Data Form and MS4 Stormwater. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve; carried.

Authorize the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts to allocate a portion of the unclaimed capital credits received from electric cooperatives back to Parker County to be used to develop and administer a program in conjunction with Local Government Code, Section 381.004, Texas Property Code, Section 74.602. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve; carried.

Discuss/Approve the County Judge to sign Non-Terminal Agency Agreement with the Weatherford Police Department to provide access to TLETS, TCIC, and NCIC for the Parker County Court. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve; carried.

Renewal contract with Texas SAVNS Agreement with the Attorney General. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Eagle Ridge Estates Phase 2, consisting of 129.70 acres developed by Eagle Ridge Estates Development LLC located off of North FM 51 and Old Springtown Road, with Eagle Ridge MUD located in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT |, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve; carried.

Begin the revision process for a subdivision to be known as Eagle Ridge Estates Phase 1, consisting of 1.182 acres developed by Eagle Ridge Estates Development LLC located off of Old Springtown Road with Eagle Ridge MUD in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Britt Acres, formerly known as Open Acres, consisting of 60.020 acres developed by NTH Unlimited LLC, located off Dill Road, with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT |, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve; carried.

Accept the Construction Letter of Credit for Britt Acres located in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve; carried.

Accept the Maintenance Letter of Credit for Eagle Ridge Estates Phase Two in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve; carried.

Accept the Special Warranty Deed for additional right-of-way off of Russell Bend Road in a subdivision known as Muslims United for Progress Inc. in Precinct Two. No action taken.

Notification of the Ordinance 02024-37 from the City of Weatherford for the Voluntary Annexation of 8.285 acres and 0.239 acres located off of Dean Street ;. No action taken.

Approve the variance from the Parker County Subdivision Rules and Regulations and Parker County OSSF Rules and Regulations for Lots 32, 34, 36 and lot 38 in a subdivision to be known as Mountain River Estates, platted in 2007 in Precinct Three. Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Greenwood Estates Ph 2, in the ETJ City of Weatherford, consisting of 9.443 acres developed by Greenwood Baptist Church of Weatherford with Parker County SUD in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve 10-C-4; carried.

Accept the Special Warranty Deed for additional right-of-way off of Greenwood Cut Off and Ellis Drive for a subdivision known as Greenwood Estates Ph 2 in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve; carried.

Approve the waiver for the groundwater study in a subdivision to be known as Bear Creek North consisting of 7.52 acres with 2 lots developed by Chaz Guy, Mackenzi McCaslin, Michael, and Julie Atkins in Precinct Four.
