Approve the waiver for groundwater study with a well water report from Affordable Water Well for Cedar Mountain Estates in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve that item; carried.
Begin the revision process for a subdivision to be known as Cedar Mountain Estates in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 11-A-2; carried.
Approve the final plat for a subdivision known as Rockstar Addition consisting of 5.099 acres developed by Boenker Ranch LLC located off of Gilley Lane with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 11-A-3; carried.
