Consider/Adopt the following changes to the Parker County Subdivision Rules and Regulations.
250 Feet from habitable structures will be set as distance requirements from gas wells and well heads (unless separate ingress/egress areas are available; in these situations, a 125 feet radius or distance required); plugged or capped wells will be excluded. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to adopt into the Subdivision Regulations that 125 Feet from habitable structures will be set as the minimum distance requirement from gas wells and well heads; plugged or capped wells will be excluded; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.
