Awarded Bid No. 2023-009 Miscellaneous Trucking services items 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 Tandem Dump trucking services to Lions Gate Logistics as primary vendor and 365 Construction Company, LLC as secondary vendor in the amount of $60,000.00. Awarded Bid No. 2023-009 Miscellaneous Trucking services items 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of Flow Boy and End Dump trucking services to 365 Construction Company, LLC as primary vendor in the amount of $40,000. Authorized the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 of a professional services contract with Freese and Nichols, Inc. for additional erosion monitoring services as part of the Black Warrior Channel geomorphic study in the amount not to exceed $6,838.00.

Consider approval of a lease agreement with the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce for 401 Fort Worth Hwy. City Manager James Hotopp presented this item. On the motion of Heidi Wilder, second by Matt Ticzkus, the Council voted to approve the lease agreement. Motion carried 4 - 0.
Consider dis-annexation of 1512 East Lake Drive, City of Weatherford, Parker County, Texas. Assistant City Manager Aaron Russell presented this item. • Property owner Cody Benware, 1512 East Lake Drive, spoke regarding the request for dis- annexation and the intent for the property. After discussion, on the motion of Jeff Robinson, second by Matt Ticzkus, the Council voted to deny the dis-annexaton. Motion carried 3 - 1.
Heidi Wilder voted in opposition of the denial.
