Approve/reject City of Reno Request for Annexation of a portion of a public roadway and right-of-way on Newsome Mound Road and Midway Road. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to reject the City of Reno’s request for annexation; carried.
Authorization to Advertise RFP PC26-24 Veteran Affairs Electronic Claims Submission Software. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.
Authorization to Advertise PC26-25 Corrugated Steel Culvert Pipe. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.
Discuss/Take necessary action regarding PC26-14 Aggregate Road Materials. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve authorizing advertising for hot/cold mix bid; carried.
Ongoing reporting of bond projects to Commissioners Court by Freese & Nichols. Morgan MclIlwain and Dustin Blaylock, Freese and Nichols, presented the monthly report to the Court. No action taken.
PRK24211 WN Woody Change Order #2 Level Up. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve the Change Order #2 Level Up in the amount of $56,319; carried.
Construction contract and construction phase services for Veal Station Road. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve the construction contract and award the base bid, plus the alternate bid, equaling $273,327; carried.
Discussion/Update on Regional Transportation Council Meeting. No action taken.
Authorize/Approve Justice of the Peace Precinct Three to participate in the Career and Technology Education Internship Program with Weatherford Independent School District. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.
Discuss/Proceed with Budget Committee. Commissioner Hale and Commissioner Walden presented information to the Court. No action taken.
Approve/reject City of Weatherford Request for Annexation of a tract of land known as The Enclave at Chisholm Trail. ;. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.

Allocation and improvements of county real estate.
An executive/closed session meeting will be held pursuant to Sections 551.071(2) and 551.129 of the Texas Government Code (consultation with attorneys) for the Commisstoners Court to consult with and seek advice from its attorneys regarding: (a) the active land development regulations of Parker County; (b) land development regulation options available to Texas counties; and (c) any other matter described in this meeting agenda. No action taken.

The Veteran Administrator position and the Veteran assistant position. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve appointing Jim Bransom to take John Hale’s place as Veteran Administrator position beginning February 1, 2026, with the salary being at current salary; carried.
County Website security upgrade and expansion. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve to forma committee forthe website, with the Committee having oversight of the website in accordance with the law, in compliance with applicable laws, and focusing on transparency and ease of use for residents of Parker County; carried.
Approve the waiver for a groundwater certification study in the subdivision. No action taken.
Approve the final revision for Silverado on the Brazos for eighteen acres (18). Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner. Holt, to disapprove based on an established right being presented to the Court; carried.
Approve reduction of speed from thirty miles per hour to twenty-five miles per hour on Oak Tree Court, a county road beginning at Oak Tree Drive and heading West and turning South onto a cul-de-sac for .299 miles. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.
Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Hill Addition, consisting of four (4) acres with two (2) lots located off Wolf Hollow, developed by Wesley Hill with well water and Parker County SUD in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.
Approve extension or call the maintenance bond in Parker Ridge Subdivision in Precinct Four. No action taken.
Notification of Application for Final Plat for Walsh Ranch Quail Valley- 7B, developed by Quail Valley Devco VIIB, LLC, located on Interstate 30 in the ETJ of the City of Fort Worth. No action taken.
