Approve Recognition of Grant Burnette for his distinguished Eagle Scout certification. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to Approve; carried.

Authorization to Advertise RFP PC25-04 Debris Removal Monitoring. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve; carried.

Adding language to the County's Subdivision Rules that Commissioners Court may require, as discussed in Texas Water Code 35.019, a developer to put in a water supply system for one or more lots in a new subdivision based on reasonable water availability concerns specific to that subdivision and the surrounding areas. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by County Judge Pat Deen, to adopt this language, subject to the review and recommendation of the Upper Trinity Groundwater Conservation District, that for a subdivision with more than 20 lots Commissioners Court may require a water supply system, for one or more lots in the new subdivision, based on the reasonable water availability concerns specific to that subdivision and the surrounding areas; AYES:Commissioner Conley PCT 1, Commissioner Holt PCT 2, Commissioner Walden PCT 3 NOES:County Judge Pat Deen, Commissioner Hale PCT 4; carried.

Review and execute the contract with Bickerstaff Heath Delgado Acosta LLP. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.

Discuss / approve asset forfeiture ILA between the Parker County Sheriff's Office and the Wise County DA's Office. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve; carried.

Discuss / Approve space allocation at 801 Santa Fe Dr. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve; carried.

Elections Admin Building Parking Lot Plans. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve; carried.

ARPA Projects and approve the procurement of the following.

PC 24-79 Dispatch Expansion Furniture from Russ Bassett Corporation through HGAC Coop #EC07-23. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve the dispatch expansion furniture; carried.

PC24-80 Motorola Radio Repeaters for 15 Parker County ISDs through HGAC Coop #17724. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve; carried.

Approval of application from Oncor Electric to lay and maintain an electric line through, under, along, across, or over the right-of-way on Harmony Circle and Harmony Spur. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve; carried.

Accept the bond/oath of office for Commissioner Larry Walden. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve; carried.

Updating platting fees to the amounts suggested by Jamie Tierce. No action taken.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as T & L Services Addition consisting of 13.28 acres was developed by T & L Services LLC and is located off of Land of Goshen Drive with Walnut Creek SUD water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve 9-A-2; carried.

Approve the variance for right-of-way on Harvey Trail in a subdivision to be known as Cotton Creek Estates in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve 9-A-3 as presented; carried.

Begin the preliminary process for a subdivision to be known as Cotton Creek Estates in the ETJ the City of Fort Worth consists of 118.22 acres developed by BA Azle Development, LLC located off of Harvey Road and Church Road with New Progress Water Supply Corporation in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve 9-A-4; carried.

Approve the variance for right-of-way on Harvey Trail in a subdivision to be known as Cotton Creek Estates in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to rescinded his motion for 9-A-3; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Terravista Phase One consisting of 67.60 acres developed by Triad Land & Development LLC and Rheta Hughes Estates located off of State Hwy 19 with Walnut Creek SUD water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve 9-A-6; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Pleasant Oaks Subdivision Phase 3 consisting of 6.162 acres developed by Jill Andrews and Jessica Young as Trustees of the Moorefield Living Trust and Wanda Loraine Moorefield is located off Earp Road with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve 9-A-7 for the Earp Road Subdivision; carried.

Accept the Special Warranty Deed for additional right of way located on Earp Road in a Subdivision known as Pleasant Oaks Subdivision Phase Three in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Silver Creek Cove in the ETJ City of Fort Worth consisting of 10.094 acres developed by Heath Turner located off of Twin Creek Drive with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve 9-A-9; carried.

Accept the Special Warranty Deed for the additional right of way on Twin Creek Drive in a Subdivision known as Silver Creek Cove in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve 9-A-10; carried.

Approve the final revision for a subdivision known as Woodlawn Phase IV consisting of 2.12 acres developed by Pecos Venture Partners located off of Lelon Lane with Walnut Creek SUD water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve; carried.

Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as Barehide Ranch Estates consisting of 8.357 acres developed by Barehide Ranch Inc. located off of Perkins Road with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve; carried.

Approve the extension Letter of Credit for the construction of Monarch Villas in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve; carried.

Approve the release of the Letter of Credit for Construction for Monarch Estates Phase Two and accept the Letter of Credit for Maintenance in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve; carried.

Approve the variances from the Parker County Subdivision Rules and Regulations and Parker County OSSF Rules and Regulations for Lot 2 in a subdivision known as Arber Acres, platted on September 25, 1963, in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, to approve; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Arber Acres consisting of 6.309 acres developed by David Arber and Elizabeth Howe located off of White Settlement Road and Hillcroft Road with Central State Water Resource in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, to approve; carried.

Approve the release of the Letter of Credit for maintenance for a portion of Jessica Drive inside Highland Ranch Subdivision and accept the portion of the road into the county road system in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, to approve; carried.

Approve the final revision for a subdivision to be known as McClendon Walker Road in the ETJ City of Fort Worth consisting of 6.13 acres developed by David Fields located off of McClendon Walker Road with well water in Precinct Four.
