Discuss/Approve Professional Service Contract with Baird, Hampton & Brown for Sheriff's Office dispatch renovation. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by County Judge Pat Deen, to approve; carried.

Discuss/Nominate Jason Lane to the NCTCOG Regional Emergency Preparedness Advisory Committee (REPAC). Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve; carried.

Discuss/Approve the County Judge to execute Texas Commission on Fire Protection (TCFP) Fire Service Standards & Certification Division appointment form. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve; carried.

The funding source of the precinct barns security cameras updates. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve; carried.

Discuss/Approve posting Budget Analyst position. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by County Judge Pat Deen, to approve this job description with that one change: that it change from County Judge department, to Commissioners Court; carried.

Executing agreement with Texas Runs on Water for a partnership/media campaign to promote water conservation in Parker County and take any other action as necessary. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to obligate the $30,000 for this project with the Texas Water Foundation.

An Ordinance imposing Thru Truck Restriction on certain county roads. Carried.

Resolution to cast votes for Parker County Appraisal District Board of Directors. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve that Parker County would cast all (1020) of our votes for Richard Barrett, and that will insure that he is on the board again and is able to communicate back to us with any needs or concerns that he has; carried.

Update/Discuss Parker County Justice Center real estate. No action taken.

Discuss/Approve applying for grant for Upper Trinity Groundwater tank. Motion by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve, and that this approval extend not only to PCT 4, but also PCT 2; carried.

Independent Auditor Services for Parker County. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve; carried.

Just Appraised Auto Indexing SaaS Agreement for County Clerk Deeds and Records Department. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, to approve County Judge to sign contract after final review by the County Attorney; carried.

Approve Official Bonds and Oaths for Jenny Gentry, Tax Assessor and Collector. Motion by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve; carried.

Discuss/Consider participating in the voluntary NCTCOG Regional Building Codes Program and authorize invoice payment. No action taken.

Discuss/Adopt 2025 Parker County Holiday Calendar. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2 to approve option 2. Commissioner Holt rescinded his motion. Motion was made by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to give the option to employees to either take off on Oct 13, 2025 for Columbus Day or Dec 24, 2025 for Christmas Eve; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Silver Spurs Ranch consisting of 110.68 acres developed by Top Notch Homes, LLC. located off of Lone Star Road with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3 that we disapprove this plat and send the letter per Mr. Forrest’s recommendation (and I will work with Mr. Forrest, to make sure that the legal is done correctly); AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Walden, Commissioner Hale NOES: Commissioner Conley; carried.

Accept the Performance Bond for road maintenance in Silver Spurs Ranch in Precinct Two. No action taken.

Accept the Special Warranty Deed for the additional right of way on Leech Road in a subdivision known as Silver Spurs Ranch in Precinct Two.

Approve the final revision for a subdivision known as Five M consisting of 22.285 acres developed by Melba Blair located off of Carter Road with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve; carried.

Approve the final revision for a subdivision known as The Ranches at Valley View East consisting of 3.650 acres developed by Beverly Feaster located off of Gonzollas Road with Walnut Creek SUD in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve 10-A-1; carried.

Approve the variances for additional right of way for Choctaw Ridge and East Yucca View Street for a subdivision known as Live Oak Hills in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve the variance; carried.

Approve the final revision for a subdivision known as Live Oak Hills with waivers from the Parker County Subdivision Rules and Regulations and the Parker County OSSF Rules and Regulations consisting of 6.62 acres developed by KC and Elizabeth Miles and Debra Miles located off of Choctaw Ridge & East Yucca View Street with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve; carried.

Approve the final revision for a subdivision known as Cedar Mountain Estates consisting of 2.147 acres developed by Rennie Abraham located off of Cedar Mountain Drive with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve 10-A-4.

Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as T & L Services Addition consisting of 13.28 acres developed by T & L Services, LLC. located off of Land of Goshen with Walnut Creek SUD in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve 10-A-8; carried.

Approve the variance from the Parker County Subdivision Rules and Regulations and Parker County OSSF Rules and Regulations for Lot 5R1 and 5R2 in a subdivision known as Cherry Valley Farms platted in 1979 for a family split in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve 10-A-9; carried.

Approve the variance for driveway spacing for Lot 31 in a subdivision known as Woodlawn Phase IV in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve; carried.
