Approve professional services agreement with Tyler Technologies in relation to discovery portal with NICE Justice. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Proclaim October 2024 as Domestic Violence Awareness Month in Parker. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.

Set Elected Officials Salaries for Fiscal Year 2025 Budget. :. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to ratify what we have already done; carried.

Adopt order to set tax rates for General Fund (M&O), Lateral Road and Debt Service for fiscal year 2024-2025. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Judge Deen, to approve that Parker County in General, and Lateral Road Adoption of the tax rate will raise more taxes for Maintenance and Operations than last year’s tax rate and the tax rate will effectively be raised by 1; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale NOES: Commissioner Walden; carried.

Maintenance & Operation (M&O) rate. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Judge Deen, to adopt a Maintenance and Operations tax rate of 0; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale NOES: Commissioner Walden Minutes-Regular Session September 23, 2024 Page 5; carried.

Vote to ratify property tax rates as set by Parker County Commissioners Court for the 2024-2025 fiscal year for the General Fund, Lateral Road and Bridge Fund, and Debt Service. Motion by Judge Deen, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.

Sentrics Master Service Agreement for the Juvenile Probation Panic Button System Installation. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Judge Deen, to approve; carried.

SOE Software Subscription Agreement for Election Night Reporting. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Judge Deen, to approve; carried.

Accept Sole Source Declaration from SOE Software for Election Night Reporting Software. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Approve and authorize the County Judge to execute the Quench Proposal and Rental Agreement for PCSO Patrol Building Drinking Water. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.

Approve and authorize the County Judge to execute an agreement for the Elections Building demolition services. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.

Approve and authorize the County Judge to execute the TXShares Interlocal Agreement allowing Parker County to utilize cooperative purchasing contracts and eligibility for grants offered through NCTCOG. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Approve Official Bond and Oath for Traci Ingram, Deputy Constable, PCT. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Discuss/Approve the updated contract with the City of Aledo for police services for FY 24-25. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.

The new requirement of 120-foot drivable surface as required by the Subdivision Rules and Regulations. No action taken.

Review and execute the Lease with Vanguard for Radio Towers. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Parker County Historical Commission request to acquire property located at 202 W. Oak St. Weatherford, TX. 76086. Terri Hubbard, President of the Parker County Historical Commission and Jamie Bodiford, Real Estate , Agent, presented information to the court. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to proceed with negotiations with the City of Weatherford regarding the property exchange of the property owned by the County at 118 West Columbia for the property at 202 W; carried.

IT Network project; Radio System update and security. No action taken.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Hazel Addition consisting of 2.22 acres developed by Jose & Jasmine Guerrero located off of Bradshaw Road with Walnut Creek SUD in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 10-A-1 as presented; carried.

Accept the groundwater report from Kelvins Water Wells for High View Oaks Ph. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 10-A-2; carried.

Release the Letter of Credit for Maintenance for Thomas Estates Phase Two and accept Alex Drive and Johnnie Drive as county-maintained roadway in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 10-A-5; carried.

Accept the groundwater report from Burke Lyons Water Well for Escondido Ranches Ph II Lot 29 in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Accept the groundwater report from Hendrick Works, LLC for. Rhodes Ranch Estates in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Accept the groundwater report from Affordable Water Well for Amber Meadows PH I in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Approve the extension Letter of Credit in the form of escrow funds for Bulldog Crossing Phase Three in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.
