Proclaim August 31st, 2024 as Overdose Awareness Day in Parker County. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Authorization to Advertise PC 24-49 Rain Water Tank for Pct. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.

Approve BUY PC24-48 Tiger Boom Mower w/John Deere Tractor for Pct. 1 using ARPA funds. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Accept/Reject/Renew RFP PC24-45 Disaster Debris Removal, Reduction, Disposal and Other ER Services. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.

Approve Quench Water Rental Agreement for PCSO Patrol Building. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.

For quality control testing requirements on a new road construction. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.

Public Hearing for 2024-2025 fiscal year proposed budget. Motion by Commissioner, seconded by Commissioner, to approve; carried.

Public Hearing for Reinvestment Zone. No action taken.

Vote for approval of Reinvestment Zone. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

The appointment of Presiding, Alternate Judges and Central Count Station personnel for elections conducted by Parker County for a one-year term effective September 1, 2024 through August 31,. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Number of clerks to be used at each Countywide polling location for the November 5, 2024 General Election. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve the recommendation of the Elections Department; carried.

Early Voting Schedule for the November 5, 2024 General Election. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.

Election Day countywide polling locations for the November 5, 2024 General Election. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.

Approve the transfer of funds from Contingency to cover replacement cost for furniture loss due to mold and water damage in the Auto Registration office. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve the transfer and for the County Auditor to do a budget override; carried.

Consider approval of 90 day burn ban for unincorporated areas of Parker County. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.

Approve the County Judge to certify TxDOT County Road Inventory and updated mileage of 1270.40 for Parker County. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.

Acceptance of $4,500.00 donation from Nextlink for expansion of Christmas Tree. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.

Executed Automatic Bank Draft Authorization for NOCHIS AUTO SALES INC for Auto Registration transactions.

Executed Second Addendum to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Parker County and the Millsap ISD for School Resource Officers.

Property located at 2045 Johnson Bend Rd. Weatherford, TX. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Judge Deen that we approve the negotiations as between the county and the land owner. Commissioner Holt withdrew his motion. Motion was made by Judge Deen and seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve the revised compensation value for the property located at 2045 Johnson Bend Road, Weatherford, TX; carried.

Property located at 111 Green Acres Rd. Weatherford, TX. Motion by Judge Deen, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve the revised compensation value for the property located at 111 Green Acres Rd; carried.

Discuss/Approve ARPA funding for radio repeaters. No action taken.

For quality control testing requirements on a new road construction. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve the revised schedule which is also going to be an addendum to the Parker County Subdivision Regulations, this revised schedule and addendum lays out the requirements for concrete roads as well as asphalt roads, and also ties in to the current North Central Texas Council of Governments standards and specifications; carried.

Approve the final revision for a subdivision to be known as Quail Haven Lots 11R-1 and 11R-2 consisting of 2.530 acres developed by Guadalupe Manrriqez located off of Meadow Road with Walnut Creek SUD in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 9-A-1; carried.

Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as Ross Business Park consisting of 7.674 acres located off of State Hwy 199 developed by William Ross with Walnut Creek Water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 9-A-2; carried.

Approve the groundwater study waiver for Rockstar Addition located in Precinct One. No action taken.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Rockstar Addition consisting of 5.099 acres located off of Gilley Lane developed by Boenker Ranch LLC with a well in Precinct One. No action taken.

Approve the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Azle ISD and Parker County. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve that item, 9-A-5; carried.

Approve the addendum for road repair for Hilltop Elementary School Parking Lot. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 9-A-6; carried.

Begin the revision process for a subdivision known as High View Oaks Phase Three consisting of 16.11 acres located off of Forest Trail Court developed by Jim and Paula Jeter with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 9-A-7; carried.

Approve the waiver for the groundwater study for Sunset View Phase Two with well report from Malone Water Wells in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 9-A-8; carried.

Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision known as Sunset View Phase Two consisting of 10.747 acres located off of Old Springtown Road developed by Michael Willis with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 9-A-9; carried.

Accept the Groundwater Study for Ryker Ridge located in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Ryker Ridge consisting of 27.216 acres developed by No Rex Construction located off of Garner Adell Road with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Accept the Special Warranty Deed for additional right of way off of Garner Adell Road for Ryker Ridge in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Begin the revision process for Escondido Ranches Phase Two Lots 28 and 19 consisting of 5.97 acres located off of Hermosa Drive developed by DKO Ranches LLC with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Approve the waiver for the groundwater study for Willow Creek Crossing located in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as Willow Creek Crossing located in the ETJ of the City of Weatherford consisting of 4.480 acres located off of Upper Denton Road developed by Jamie Steward with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Approve the extension Letter of Credit for Seaberry Estates in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Approve the amendment for Prairie Winds Estates located in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Discuss and act on the release or taking of the construction and maintenance escrow funds for road construction for Amber Meadows Phase 4, 5, and 6. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to call those bonds; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Crawfish Creek located in the ETJ City of Weatherford consisting of 4.6927 acres located off of Harmony Road developed by Robert & Bobbie Bone Trustee of Bone Living Trust with a well in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.

Accept the Special Warranty Deed for additional right of way located off of Harmony Road for Crawfish Creek Subdivision in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.

Approve the final plat for the subdivision to be known as 2LM Development Phase Tow located within the City of Weatherford ETJ consisting of 7.516 acres developed by 2LM Management LLC located off of Ellis Drive with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.

Approve the waiver for the groundwater study for Circle T Apartments in Precinct Three. No action taken.

Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be know as Circle T Apartments consisting of 20.922 acres developed by SS Jade Investments LLC and Sam Kilaru located off of Quannah Hill Road with well water in Precinct Three. No action taken.

Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as S & JM Addition consisting of 9.99 acres located off of Pickard Lane developed by Sheri Matthews with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.

Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision known as Arber Acres located in the ETJ of the City of Fort Worth consisting of 6.309 acres located off of Arrowhead St and Hillcroft Road developed by David Arber and Elizabeth Howe with Central State Water Source in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve the preliminary; carried.

Amendment for Bear Creek Ranch Phase 1 consisting of 4.08 acres located off of Winding Creek Trail developed by Peter and Shara Case with well water in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.

Approve the waiver for groundwater study for the revision of Bear Creek North located in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.
