Discuss/Authorize the County Judge to execute Right of Entry Requests from Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. to provide surveying services for TxDOT as part of a one-year Highway FM 113 improvement project in Millsap beginning 6/1/2024. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.
Reclassify Courthouse Security Sergeant to Sergeant effective 6/1/2024. Requesting salary adjustment increase of $1,867.00 annually using current PCSO salary budget lines. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; all aye; carried.
Discuss/Authorize the County Judge to sign Professional Service Industries, Inc. proposal for asbestos testing. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.

Revamp parking lot at Dallas & York. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.
Authorize the Parker County Judge to sign ARPA Agreement extensions through April 2025 for the following projects: Bourland Estates WSC Project #3, Brock Water Project #7, Brock Wastewater Project #8, Millsap Water Project #9, Millsap Sewer Project #5, ESD #8 Water Project #4, Parker County SUD Project #11 and Walnut Creek Project #10. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.
Authorize the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts to allocate 2 portion of the unclaimed capital credits received from electric cooperatives back to Parker County to be used to develop and administer a program in conjunction with Local Government Code, Section 381.004, Texas Property Code, Section 74.602. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
RTC appointment rotation effective July 24,. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to appoint Judge Deen as representative for the RTC; all aye; carried.

Approval of application from Parker County Special Utility District to lay and maintain a water line through, under, along, across, or over the right-of-way on Big Valley Circle in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approval of the Juvenile Board Order regarding the transportation of children that are subject to the jurisdiction of the juvenile court as regulated by statute. Motion by Judge Deen, seconded by Commissioner Holt that we approve the Order, and look at funding after we get more information. Judge Deen withdrew his motion and Commissioner Holt withdrew his second. NO ACTION CC. Approve the Renewal Contract for SCAAP Contract for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 and take any action the court deems necessary. Motion was made by Commissioner Hale and seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.
