Discuss and take necessary action regarding the City of Weatherford Right of Way dedication and Permits for the Parker County Sheriff Modular Building. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to authorize the County Judge, or his designee to sign the permits and get those going; all aye; carried.
Discuss/Approve/Take action on Letter of Concern regarding the development of a potential event venue on FM. No action taken.
Allowing professional development materials to be purchased under Training budget line items. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to expand our guidelines to include us being able to purchase professional development materials such as a book, or something like that, off of wherever we need to buy it from, subject to a yearly cap of $500; all aye; carried.
Accept the donation of the cornerstone for the East Annex Sub-Courthouse Annex from Phoenix Masonic Lodge. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; all aye; carried.
Texas Butane Agreement for Parker County East Sub-Courthouse Annex. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve the agreement, with the approval of the County Attorney; all aye; carried.
Approve and authorize the County Judge to execute the Engineering Services Agreement with Jacob Martin Engineering for professional services related to 801 Santa Fe Drive. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to authorize the County Judge to execute the Engineering Services Agreement, with a cost not to exceed what’s budgeted this year; all aye; carried.
Approval of Bond for Oliver Roy Green, Deputy Constable, Precinct #3. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Judge Deen, to approve; all aye; carried.
