Approve Order 24-01 for the voluntary annexation of a 23-acre portion of the Northwest Corner of I-20 and Center Point Road with the City of Weatherford. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.
Review and accept the updated map for the Town of Annetta North Town Limits and Extra Territorial Jurisdiction. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Eagle Ridge Estates Phase 1 consisting of 23.99 acres developed by Eagle Ridge Estates Development LLC located off of Old Springtown Road with Eagle Ridge MUD in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 8-A-1; all aye; carried.
Approve the final revision process for the Pace Place Lot 25 consisting of 5.96 acres developed by Jackie and Flora Baker, Billy Joe, and Carla Baker located off of Pine Bluff Lane with Walnut Creek Water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 8-A-2; all aye; carried.
Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as Prairie Winds Estates consisting of 94.925 acres developed by Prairie Winds Estates located off Sarra Lane with Well Water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve the final revision process for Whispering Winds Phase 1 and Phase 2 consisting of 2.625 acres developed by Gabriela, Delacruz, and Wells Company located off of Kathy Stephens Avenue with Walnut Creek SUD in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve the amendment for Eagle Rock Subdivision to correct the donation of additional right of way off of Taylor Road in Precinct Three. No action taken.
Accept the Special Warranty Deed for Eagle Rock Subdivision in Precinct Three. No action taken.

Approve the final revision for Blue Bonnet Ridge consisting of 12.767 acres developed by Gary and Karen Fields located off of Blue Bonnet Ridge with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve 8-C-4 as presented in court; all aye; carried.
Approve the final revision for Harmony Ranch Addition Phase Two consisting of 4.821 acres developed by Clyde Jones located off of Meadow Lane with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve 8-C-5; all aye; carried.
Approve the addendum for road repairs for the City of Millsap and Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve 8-C-6; all aye; carried.
