Utilization of space at newly acquired Weatherford P.D. building. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Judge Deen. Commissioner Conley withdrew his motion and Judge Deen withdrew his second. Motion was made by Commissioner Walden and seconded by Commissioner Holt, to appoint a committee consisting of Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley and IT Director, James Caywood, and bring a recommendation back to the court; all aye; carried.

Located in the ETJ of the City of Weatherford off of Upper Denton Road with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 10-A-1; all aye; carried.
Accept the Special Warranty Deed for UD Acres for additional right of way in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 10-A-2 as presented; all aye; carried.
Approve the preliminary plat for the subdivision to be known as Reunion Ridge located within the ETJ-City of Weatherford consisting of 9.468 acres developed by PIYA Holdings LLC located off of Hinkle Lane with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 10-A-3; all aye; carried.
Release the Letter of Credit for Construction and accept the Letter of Credit for Maintenance for Oakgrove Addition in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 10-A-4; all aye; carried.
