Request approval and authorize the County Judge to execute Premier Commercial Group Change Order 5, 6, 7 and 8 to RFP PC22-19 Courthouse Interior Repairs. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.

Notification of resignation by County Extension Agent effective 10/13/2023.

Accept $1,373.00 donation to Parker County Sheriff's Office from 3 Alarm Fireworks. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.

Consider authorizing the Office of Emergency Services to accept the Office of The Governor Rifle Resistant Body Armor grant in the amount of $57,512.61. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; all aye; carried.

Authorization for the County Judge to execute the Advanced Glass Systems, Inc. agreement to install safety doors at the Santa Fe Annex and JP #2 Office. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; all aye; carried.

Request to adopt the following changes to the current Parker County Subdivision Rules and Regulations. Implementation of the following distances between driveways fronting county roadways. Variances may be authorized by the Commissioner of said Precinct.

If the posted speed limit is under 30 miles per hour the distance between driveways shall be 200 feet.

If the posted speed limit is 35 miles per hour the distance between driveways is 250 feet.

If the posted speed limit is 40 miles per hour the distance between driveways is 305 feet.

Request to adopt the following changes to the current Parker County Subdivision Rules and Regulations. Subdivisions with 50 lots or more are required to install a second entrance or a boulevard entrance of 40 feet in width that can be utilized as an emergency Ingress/Egress Easement. Variances may be authorized by the Commissioner of said Precinct. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve item L regarding subdivisions with 50 lots or more requiring a second entrance, that second entrance can either be a gated entrance, subject to Knox Locks etc; all aye; carried.

How to handle engineering services for the projects resulting from the 2023 Transportation Bond.

/Investigate potential uses for Prop 7 bill if it passes in the upcoming November election.

Tri-County performing work at the Precinct 2 barn to do some maintenance and upgrades. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; all aye; carried.

Begin the revision process for a subdivision known as Quail Haven Lots 11R-1 and 11R-2 consisting of 2.530 acres developed by Guadalupe and Brenda Manriquez located off of Meadow Road with Walnut Creek SUD in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 10-A-2 as presented; all aye; carried.

Approve the preliminary plat for the subdivision to be known as UD Acres consisting of 4.0 acre tract developed by Upper Denton Interest LLC. Located in the ETJ of the City of Weatherford off of Upper Denton Road with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 10-A-3 as presented; all aye; carried.

Approve the final plat for the subdivision to be known as UD Acres consisting of 4.0 acre tract developed by Upper Denton Interest LLC. Located in the ETJ of the City of Weatherford off of Upper Denton Road with well water in Precinct One.

Begin the revision process for a subdivision known as Deer Butte Ranchos Lot 20R consisting of 2.106 acres developed by The Fuller Living Trust located off of Highland Circle and Highland Drive with Aqua Texas in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 10-A-5 as presented; all aye; carried.

Begin the revision process for a subdivision known as HEC Estates consisting of 11.04 acres developed by Jimmie and Jennifer Peikert located off of Sabathney Road with Walnut Creek Water Supply in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 10-A-8 as presented; all aye; carried.

Begin the revision process for a subdivision known as Marlon Gaunt Addition consisting of 14.052 acres developed by Ethan Beaty and Charlie Harrington and Gordon and Nicole Dubau located in the ETJ of the City of Weatherford off of North Lake Drive with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 10-A-9 as presented; all aye; carried.

Accept the Special Warranty Deeds for additional right of way for UD Acres located in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 10-A-10 as presented; all aye; carried.

Release the Letter of Construction for Calhoun Acres and Accept the Letter of Credit for Maintenance in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 10-A-11 as presented; all aye; carried.

Approve the preliminary plat for the subdivision to be known as Meadowview Estates Phase Two consisting of 6.79 acres developed by The Jumba LLC located off of Advance Road with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve B-1; all aye; carried.

Begin the revision process for a subdivision known as Rio Brazos Section One Lot 3R Blk 8 consisting of 0.335 acres developed by Jacqline Gaber located off of Meadowglenn Drive with Rio Brazos Water Supply in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.

Begin the revision process for Twin Cedars Estates developed by RTB Enterprises located off of Old Millsap Road with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; AYES: County Judge Pat Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale Commissioner Walden recused himself from the vote.; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Rio Vista Addition Phase 1B consisting of 14.77 acres developed by Kelly Ranch Estates LLC located off of Kelly Road with Cresson Crossroads MUD#2 located in Precinct Four.
