Release the Letter of Credit for Construction and Accept the Letter of Credit for Maintenance for Windmill Creeks Subdivision in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve 8-A-3; all aye; carried.
Approve the final revision process for a subdivision known as Comanche Ranch consisting of 5.051 acres developed by Jacob Johnston located off of Nikki Trill Lane with well water I Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve B-1; all aye; carried.
