Declare 2 Pot Belly Pigs as having no value, surplus and donate said pigs to the Weatherford Animal Shelter for adoption. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.

The use of available funds from the Purdue Pharmaceuticals L.P. opioid settlement None. No action taken.

Review and discuss the cost for linear footage of roads to be used in the formula for Construction and Maintenance Letters of Credit. No action taken.

Authorization to change and update the current Parker County Subdivision Rules and Regulations to adjust the cost for the linear footage of roads used in the calculations for Construction and Maintenance Letters of Credit and take any additional action the court deems necessary. No action taken.

Approval of the IWORQ Services Agreement with Precinct Two None. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve item F subject to the removal of the language regarding non-compete and 3-year delay, as well as for item G for Precinct Four; all aye; carried.

Approval of application from TCS Communications to lay and maintain a cable line through, under, across, or over the right-of-way on Brazos Vista Court in Precinct Three. None. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve 8-H as presented; all aye; carried.

Waive 10-day posting for Operator 2 position in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve 8-I as presented; all aye; carried.

Approve budget transfer of $30,000.00 from general fund program contingencies to department 511, North Parker County Residential Disposal Center. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 6-J; all aye; carried.

Approve budget transfer of $20,000.00 from general fund program contingencies to department 415, Probate. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.

Demolition of 118 W. Columbia St. and 127 W. Oak St. No action taken.

Authorization to move energy contracts to AP Gas & Electric. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to rescind the previous approval of the contract renewal for Just Energy that was done on May 22; all aye; carried.

Declare Salvage & Dispose of Cisco Phone System. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.

Approve and authorize the County Judge to execute the Plains Capital Bank Merchant Card Agreement for Parker County Juvenile Probation. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; all aye; carried.

Notification of the Application from the City of Weatherford to decertify a portion of its certificate of convenience and necessity to provide sewer utility services in Parker County, Texas covering approximately 10,467 acres located within all four precincts. No action taken.

Approval of Economic Development incentives policy. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 8-G as presented for 2 years or until amended; all aye; carried.

Executed Automatic Bank Draft Authorization Form for South Mountain Auto Classics for Auto Registration transactions.

Accept the Special Warranty Deed for additional right of way located off of Gilliland Road for Arena Place in Precinct One. Motion by Judge Pro Tem Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 11-A-4 as presented.

Begin the revision process in a subdivision known as Shangri-La Home Sites consisting of 2.810 acres developed by Larry Clark located off of Scenery Hill Drive with Aqua Texas, Inv Water in Precinct One. Motion by Judge Pro Tem Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 11-A-5 as presented.

Accept the extension for the Letter of Credit for the Construction of Aviara Ridge Phase II in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve 11-B-1.

Approve the final revision process for Zion Trails Phase 3 consisting of 2.19 acres developed by Trinity Classic Homes located off of Zebrastone Way with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve 11-B-2.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Wheeler Homestead consisting of 5.00 acres developed by Jared Wheeler located off of Sarra Lane with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve 11-B-3.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Garner Ranch consisting of 46.61 acres developed by Blackburn Properties located off of Lazy Bend Road with Parker County Special Utility District Water in Precinct Three.
