Approve County Attorney Building Exterior Window & Door Painting Restoration Project, Change Order #3. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approval to move $2,310.00 from part-time line 010-51120-00 to Waste Disposal Operator line 010-51106-513-00 to increase salary for the full-time position and transfer fuel and maintenance costs from Department 510 Building & Grounds to Department 513 South Convenience Center as necessary. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.
Waive 10 day posting for Constable Pct. 2 Courthouse Security Position. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve and authorize County Judge to sign the 2023 PEBC interlocal agreement for Parker County. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approval for the General Fund to reimburse Road & Bridge Precinct 4 for paving the East Annex parking lot and take aby other action as necessary. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.
Consider authorizing the County Purchasing Department to issue a Request for Qualifications for qualified architectural design firms to provide an assessment of needs for County judicial space and possible consolidation of County justice center, to include programming of needed space and preliminary estimates of costs for recommended construction. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve so that we can get the information out on what it might cost us in the future; all aye; carried.
Approve the final revision for a subdivision known as Stagecoach Ranch located within the ETJ of the City of Weatherford developed by Stagecoach Ranch ZDP LLC consisting of 9.684 acres located off of Stagecoach Ranch Drive with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.
Accept the Special Warranty Deed from Westbrook Development Corporation to Parker County for the structural expansion of a drainage dedication for a 0.033 acre tract of land located off of Jenkins Road. Approve the acknowledgment from Parker County for the Encroachment Agreement between Magellan Pipeline Company, LP and Westbrook Project Management, LLC. Approve the discussion regarding traffic realignment in regard to this project. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Midway South consisting of 6.87 acres developed by Vista Homes LLC located off of Midway Road with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 8-A-1 as presented; all aye; carried.
Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as Jamie Acres consisting of 11.69 acres developed by Barbara Ann Lenderman located off of Gilliland Road with Walnut Creek SUD in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve 8-A-1 as presented; all aye; carried.
Approve the final revision for a subdivision to be known as Green Meadows Phase Two consisting of 1.011 acres developed by Mark and Jessica Rivera located off of Peel Road with Walnut Creek Water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 8-A-3 as presented; all aye; carried.
Accept the Special Warranty Deed for Additional right of way off of Peel Road for Green Meadows Phase Two in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve item 8-A-4 as presented; all aye; carried.
Approve the final revision for a subdivision known as Green Meadows Phase Two consisting of 1.015 acres developed by Maria Cobos located off of Manderly Lane with Walnut Creek Water in Precinct One.
Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as Fay Lee Addition consisting of 18.223 acres developed by Dakota Lunsford located off of Rhoades Lane with Walnut Cree Water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve item 8-A-6 as presented; all aye; carried.
Approve the amendment for The Ranches at Valley View East in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve item 8-A-7; all aye; carried.
Approve the amendment for McClendon Meadows Phase Two in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Lazy J Estates consisting of 14.890 acres developed by Mule Creek Homes LLC located off of Lamkin Road with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve, pending the supply of the letter from the Health Department; all aye; carried.
Accept the Special Warranty Deed for additional right of way off of Lamkin Road for Lazy J Estates in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.
