Request approve and authorize the county judge to execute the CodeRED Crisis24 Scope of Work, effective January 8,. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.
Ongoing reporting of bond projects to Commissioners Court by Freese & Nichols. (Morgan Mcllwain / Commissioner Holt / Judge Deen NOT. No action taken.
Calling the maintenance bond for the Ellis Creek Improvements Project under the November 2023 Transportation Bond. NOT. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.
Oakridge Drive budget and contracts. NOT. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve DDM with the highlighted amounts using the base bid, alternate Bid B, and alternate Bid D; carried.
Discussion/Update on MTUG Conference. IT Director James Caywood and Commissioner Holt provided an update to the Court. UPDATE ONLY.
Approve the qualifying applicants for the Child Safety Program Funding for July 1, 2025 through June 30. 2026 and the pro rata percentage quarterly share. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve the CPS Board, CASA, and CAC at 11; carried.
Discuss/Take Action on Grant application for the U.S. Department of Justice for the Patrick Leahy Bulletproof Vest Partnership (BVP) Program. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.
Initiating departmental reviews by Budget Committee as determined by Commissioners Court. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve expanding the committee to include all members of the Court, with no more than two to prevent a quorum for any particular meeting on a particular department; carried.
Expanding the Budget Committee with additional spots. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Judge Deen, to approve adding three additional spots to be filled by members of the public, subject to discussing who should fill those roles, and also make the meetings open to the public and hosted in an area like the Court room; carried.
Amended Dumpster and Enclosure Lease Agreement with The City of Weatherford. Eric Shumar, Director of Municipal & Community Services for the City of Weatherford, provided information to the Court. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.
Discuss/Adopt 2026 Parker County Holiday Calendar. County Treasurer Becky McCullough provided information to the Court. :. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve to keep the holiday calendar the same as the 2025 holiday calendar; carried.
Approve the Official Bond and Oath for Lanny Lee Padgett, Deputy Constable Precinct One. ;. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Executed permit for Zayo Group, LLC to lay fiber optic lines across the county right of way on Aledo Iona Road, Muir Road, and Bear Creek Road.

Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve the Parcel B appraisal for the final offer in preparation for imminent domain to acquire the property located at 10400 Azle Highway, Azle, Texas for the realignment of Church Road, for the Church Road extension project from FM 730 and Veal Station Road; carried.
Property located at 1015 Champions Drive, Aledo, Texas. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve accepting up to the value of the appraisal for the final offer for 1115 Champions Drive Aledo, also known as Parcel 13, in preparation for acquiring a property, or possible settlement, as negotiations continue for the property located southwest corner of East Bankhead and Champions Drive; carried.
Property located at SW corner of Champions Drive and E Bankhead Hwy, Aledo, Texas. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve accepting up to the value of the appraisal for the fina! offer in preparation for acquiring a property or possible settlement as negotiations continue for the property located at 1015 Champions Drive in Aledo, Texas; carried.
Release the maintenance bond in the form of a Letter of Credit on Thomas Len Estates Phase One and accept Neal Road, Leddy Street, and Olivia Lucille Street as county-maintained roadways in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.
Release the Letter of Credit for Maintenance for Windmill Creeks Subdivision and accept Windpump Alley, Aermotor Loop, Fan Mill Trail, Tankhouse Terrace,. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.
Approve the final plat for a subdivision known as Pleasant Oaks Phase 5, with one lots consisting of two point zero seven eight acres (2.078) located off Knob Road, developed by Jill Andrews, with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.
Release the maintenance bond in the form of escrow funds for Goodnight Ranch/Loving Springs. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.
Begin the process to reduce the speed limit to 30 mph on Johnson Bend in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve reducing the speed limit from 40 mph to 30 mph for the thousand feet from FM 920 up to Johnson Bend; carried.
Accept the Groundwater Certification Study for Ric Williamson Memorial Highway in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve subject to well spacing being 150 feet between wells; carried.
Approve the final plat for Ric Williamson Industrial Park, with twenty-two lots (22) with fifty-two point three zero four acres (52.304) located off Ric Williamson. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.
Approve the final revision for a subdivision known as Gremminger Ranch at Southridge, with two lots consisting of five (5) acres located off of Walter Joseph Way, developed by James and Amy Hall, with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve.
Approve the final revision for a subdivision known as Lake Country Acres, with ten (10) lots consisting of two point six one three acres (2.613), located off of Lois . Circle, developed by Mary Swingle with Aqua Texas Water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.
Approve the final plat for the subdivision known as Stephens Crossing, consisting of eleven point nine one two acres (11.912), located off of FM 113, developed by Make Holdings LLC. Michael and Danielle Gauge, and Dennis and Judy Wilson with Millsap SUD in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.
Begin the revision process for Silverado On the Brazos for eighteen acres (18) consisting of two (2) lots, located off of Silver Spur Drive, developed by Will Woods with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.
