Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve authorization to execute the acceptance-of a total loss offer from TAC as the result ofa motor vehicle accident on October 25, 2025 involving a 2023 Dodge Durango, VIN 88845, assigned to the Parker County Sheriff's Office; carried.

Accept/Reject/Renew RFP PC26-01 Bundled Insurances. The Court revisited this item for clarification later in the meeting . No action taken.

Accept/Reject/Renew PC25-03 Transportation of Human Remains. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve renewal for transportation of human remains awarded to Fort Worth Funeral and Cremations, with an increase from $295 to $395 for each case; carried.

Independent Audit Service for Parker County. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve the discretionary exemption for professional services for fiscal year 2025 independent audit services to Weaver; carried.

Discuss/Take.action on design services for Kelly Road. Chris Bosco, Freese & Nichols, presented information to the Court. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve the amendment for $57,440; carried.

_ Discussion/Update on Regional Transportation Council Meeting. Judge Deen presented information to the Court, and requested Chris Bosco, Freese & Nichols, and County Relations Officer Bryan Grimes to work together with COG and the RTC, and to draft a letter of support for thé current leadership of the RTC, and to be submitted to the Council of Governments and to , the RTC. : . Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Discuss two Office of the Governor Grant requests Budget Analyst Bianca Lord and IT Director James Caywood presented information to the Court. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve changing the original grant application for extended detection, a higher lever cybersecurity infrastructure, to align with the anticipated funding from the originally applied for amount of $130,000 to $50,000; carried.

Approve/Accept revised DSHS Cities Readiness Initiative (CRI) A-4 grant agreement. Emergency Management Coordinator Jason Lane provided information to the Court. Carried.

Donate two estray pigs to the Weatherford Animal Shelter for adoption. Chief Deputy Mark Arnett presented information to the Court. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Discussion and approval of lump sum payment to TCDRS from FY 25 FUND 10 . retirement budget lines in amount of $34,311.73. County Treasurer Becky McCullough presented information to the Court. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve the lump sum payment in the amount of $34,311; carried.

Discuss and authorize County Judge to sign ILA agreement with PEBC and City of ; Dallas for Cooperative purchasing program and Standard Insurance Company — - . Approve the final revision for Heather Ridge Addition, with two (2) lots, consisting of five (5) acres, located off of Heather Ridge Court, developed by Mario Cardona with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Notification of the release of 23.96 acres from the ETJ of the City of Weatherford located off of North FM 51 in Precinct One. No action taken.

Approve the final plat for the subdivision to be. known as Sandlin Hills Estates Phase Four, released from the City of Springtown ETJ, with (10) lots, consisting of twelve point eight zero (12.80) acres, located off of Tex Lane, developed by TM Land Co. with Walnut Creek SUD in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Accept the Letter of Credit for Construction for Sandlin Hills Estates Phase Four in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Approve the waiver for driveway distances for Woodlawn Phase Two in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Notification of Morningstar North Phase, consisting of thirty eight point six zero seven (38.607) acres, with 130 lots inside the ETJ of the City of Fort Worth, developed by Pape-Dawson, LLC located in Precinct \ Four. No action taken.
