Naming Justin Bradley as one of Parker County's seats on the Board of Directors for the Upper Trinity Groundwater Conservation District. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve; carried.

Proclaim April 2025 as Sexual Assault Awareness Month in Parker County. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve; carried.

Introduction of Halie Bever and Kenny Lemons from Texas Association of Counties to discuss the upcoming Risk Management one-day conference hosted by Parker County and other training opportunities available through TAC. Commissioner Holt presented information to the Court concerning plat. County Attorney John Forrest and Jamie Tierce presented the plat to the court. Approve the variance for the Groundwater Certification Study for Fort Worth Hwy Addition consisting of fifteen point nine five three (15.953) acres with existing wells and septic systems, with no further wells to be drilled in a subdivision in Precinct Two.
