Allocating James Wright House located at 202 W Oak St, Weatherford, TX 76086 to the Parker County Historical Commission. Teri Hubbard, Parker County Historical Commission, presented information to the court. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve; carried.

Discuss results of the meeting with Senator Perry in Austin and long-term plans for state water supply and the impacts on Parker County. Commissioner Holt presented information to the court. No action taken.

3rd-party engineering review on new subdivisions from Baird, Hampton & Brown. Shannon Nave presented information to the court. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Judge Deen, to approve the hiring of Baird Hampton and Brown, subject to input and review from Bickerstaff, the Attorney that we hired.

Consider/Take action on hiring Baird, Hampton & Brown to review and update county subdivision ordinances or criteria. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Judge Deen, to hire Baird, Hampton and Brown to work with Bickerstaff Law Firm.

Discuss/Approve Resolution 25-04 to apply for FY2026 truancy grant provided by the Office of the Governor. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve; carried.

Discuss/Approve Resolutions 25-01, 25-02, and 25-03 to apply for FY2026 cybersecurity grants provided by the Office of the Governor. Motion by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT |, to approve; carried.

Accept donation of 2014 Ford Expedition VIN 1FMJK1G52EEF07607 from the Parker County Hospital District to the Parker County Sheriff's Office Training Division, Department 564,. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve; carried.

Contracting with a third-party engineering firm to provide reviews of water studies for new subdivisions in Parker County. No action taken.

Recent Subdivision Regulation Committee meeting and set up a workshop with the UTGCD to establish water availability parameters for platting purposes. No action taken.

An executive/closed session meeting may be held (only as needed) pursuant to Sections 551.071(1)(2) and 551.129 of the Texas Government Code (consultation with attorneys) for the Commissioners Court to consult with and seek advice from its attorneys regarding: (1) a proposed settlement agreement and release with a developer to resolve a dispute regarding a proposed subdivision; (2) land development regulation options available to Texas counties; and (3) any other. Motion by County Judge Pat Deen, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3 accept the settlement agreement and release and authorize the County Judge, to execute the agreement; AYES: County Judge Pat Deen, Commissioner Conley PCT 1, Commissioner Walden PCT 3, : Commissioner Hale PCT 4 NOES: Commissioner Holt PCT 2; carried.

The court deems necessary regarding the offer for the property located at 705 Johnson Street, Weatherford, Texas. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, to authorize the County Judge sign the agreements to purchase the property at 705 Johnson Street and authorize the County Auditor to override the budget should closing occur prior to the next court, and cover the purchase price with closing costs and any other costs associated with the project; carried.

Property located at 203 Eden Road, Weatherford, Texas. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve the mediated amount of $405,992; carried.

Property located at 520 N. Oakridge Drive, Hudson. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve the Parcel 1 Market Study for the Initial Offer to acquire the property located at 520 N; carried.

Property located at 613 N. Oakridge Drive, Hudson Oaks, Texas. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve the Parcel 3 Market Study for the Initial Offer to acquire the property located at 613 N; carried.

Discussion and potential action may occur regarding: (1) approval of a settlement agreement and release with Top Notch Homes, LLC to resolve a dispute regarding its proposed Silver Spurs Ranch Subdivision to be developed in Parker County, Texas; and (2) all related matters. \.

Accept the extension Letter of Credit for the Construction of Old Oaks in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve; carried.

Accept the extension Letter of Credit for the Construction for Aviara Ridge Phase Two in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve; carried.

Approve the waiver for the groundwater study for Revision the Oaks of Parker County in Precinct Two. This item was re-visited. Commissioner Hale PCT 4 stated that he would like for the number of lots, and the amount of acreage, be noted on the agenda for the benefit of the Commissioners and the Public. The County Planner, Jamie Tierce, agreed to the request by Commissioner Hale.

Accept the performance bond for maintenance for Rolling Creek Ranch and release the construction bond. Motion by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, to approve; carried.
