Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by County Judge Pat Deen, to pay the fine that’s being levied by TCEQ, from the environmental issue that they’ve assessed us, and that the money come from the Building and Grounds budget to pay that; all aye; carried.
Property located at 2045 Johnson Bend Rd. Weatherford, TX. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by to approve Conley the Parcel 1 Appraisal for the Initial Offer, to acquire the property located at 2045 Johnson Bend Rd, for the Johnson Bend & Green Acres Realignment Project; all aye; carried.

Security matters at 207 Fort Worth Highway, Weatherford, TX. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve that we move existing building materials from the Santa Fe Police Department building that we acquired, to the JP#2 building; all aye; carried.

Accept the groundwater report from Jimmy Miller Well Service for Rockstar Addition in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve that waiver; all aye; carried.
Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Welch Place located in the ETJ City of Azle consisting of 2.01 acres located off of FM 730 south developed by Sherrell Elaine Welch existing well in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 11-A- 2; all aye; carried.
Approve the final revision for a subdivision to be known as Stanley Ridge Estates consisting of 16.507 acres located off of Stanley Lane developed by Cross Land Development with wells in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.
Accept the groundwater report from C & C Water Well Service for Highland Park Addition in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve the final revision for a subdivision to be known as Highland Park Addition located in the ETJ-City of Weatherford consisting of 2.32 acres located off of Ft Worth Hwy developed by Johnny & Karen Dwire with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.
Release the Letter of Credit of Maintenance for The Reserve at Quail Point and accept Monoco Court as a county-maintained roadway in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.
Begin the revision process for a subdivision to be known as Sugartree Golf Club Addition PH II consisting of 1.4137 acres located off of Sugartree Circle developed by Adam & Emily Rachubinski with Parker County SUD in Precinct Three. No action taken.
