Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve Phase 2 of the Rainwater Harvesting grant from Upper Trinity Groundwater Conservation District in the amount of $57,420; all aye; carried.
Approve and authorize to sign the order of election for the November 5, 2024 General Election. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve and have the County Judge sign the Order for November 5, 2024 election for Local Option Election in Justice of the Peace Precinct. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.

Begin the preliminary for a subdivision known as Welch Place located in the ETJ of City of Azle consisting of 2.01 acres located off of FM 730 South developed by Sherrell Elaine Welch existing well in Precinct One. Release the Letter of Credit for Maintenance for Zion Trails Addition Phase Two and accept Zonaverde Court, Zion Forrest Trail and Zebrastone Way as county-maintained roadways in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.
Release the escrow funds for maintenance for Clairmont Phase Two and accept a portion of Amanda Drive as a county-maintained roadway in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.
