The Parker County Commissioners Court met in regular session April 10, 2023 at the courthouse in Weatherford. What the court decided, as the minutes record it:
Approve the use of Parker County lots (4 quadrants, corner lots on Dallas/Spring and Waco/Spring by the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce at no charge for the 38th Annual Parker County Peach Festival on Saturday July 8th from 8 am – 4 pm. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve, including the county building for hospitality; all aye; carried.
Authorize the County Judge to execute the Family Land Heritage Program for the Pritchard Family. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve the application; all aye; carried.
Recommendations from the Hydrology 2050 Committee. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve the resolution in support of the legislation; all aye; carried.
Update on meetings held at the State Capitol with local legislators. No action taken.

Approval to accept the award of $1,645,081.00 contract 582-23-4336-NV for the Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) under the Texas Natural Gas Vehicle Grant Program administered through the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality. Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as Vintage Oaks Phase Three consisting of 162.018 acres developed by Finney Estates located off of Veal Station Road with Walnut Creek Water Supply in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 9-A-2 as presented; all aye; carried.
Begin the revision process for the subdivision known as Sedona Creek consisting of 32.676 acres developed by Sedona Development LLC located off of Pine Road in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve 9-B-3; all aye; carried.
Approval to sign an Order Abandoning a 0.304-acre tract of a portion of Cortez Trail Weatherby Lane in Precinct Three Pursuant to the Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 251. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve the abandonment of this tract; all aye; carried.
Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as Glick Estates consisting of 4.2552 acres developed by Eugene Shimer and Paula Glick located off of Brook Hollow Lane with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve item C-2 as presented; all aye; carried.
Approve the final revision process for La Madera Phase 3 consisting of 4.493 acres developed by Jonathan and Falasha Nepaulsingh located off of Rustic View Lane and Angelina Drive with well water in Precinct Four.
