East Annex Project Update and take any action as necessary. No action taken.

Authorize the purchase of BUY PC23-24 (2) 2024 Mack Dump Trucks for Pct. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.

Lease of property located at 118 West Columbia to the Department of Public Safety. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to request proposals for the remodel of the building at 118 West Columbia; all aye; carried.

Justice of the Peace #3 purchase request. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve this purchase; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Walden, Commissioner Hale NOES: Commissioner Conley; carried.

Purchasing Vista Solutions Campaign Finance Portal and allow the County Judge to sign the agreement. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Judge Deen, to approve; all aye; carried.

Consider/Authorize setting a formal termination date of the Parker County VHF radio system. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Judge Deen, to approve; all aye; carried.

Recommendation from Hydrology 2050 Committee to establish a utility authority for Parker, Palo Pint, and Stephens Counties. No action taken.

Forming a subdivision regulations committee which will report to the Commissioners Court on a regular basis with recommendations for revisions to the Subdivision Regulations. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to make a subdivision regulations committee that is ongoing, and will meet not less than quarterly, comprised of five members; all aye; carried.

Authorize to request the appraisal of 2 two acre lots at the NE intersection of Shadle Rd. & FM. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.

Authorize the County Judge to execute the Liquid Networx Master Services Agreement. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.

Authorize the county judge to execute the Donation Agreement with Walsh Ranches Partnership, LLC. No action taken.

Approve the Advance Funding Agreement for Voluntary Local Government contributions to Transportation Improvements projects with no required match-on system between Texas Department of Transportation and Parker County for the IH20-IH20-30 split. No action taken.

Approve the final revision for the subdivision known as Mckinnie Addition consisting of 6 acres developed by John and Patricia Mckinnie located off of FM Hwy 199 with Walnut Creek Water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 7-A-1 as presented; all aye; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Sanders Subdivision consisting of 4.085 acres developed by Glenda Sanders located off of Friendship Road with Well Water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 7-A-2 as presented; all aye; carried.

Approve the preliminary plat for the subdivision to be known as Ocean View Estates consisting of 8.466 acres developed by Eli Fried located off of Garnet Road in the ETJ of the City of Reno with Walnut Creek Water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 7-A-3 as presented; all aye; carried.

Begin the preliminary revision process by metes and bounds for the subdivision known as Corner Ranch Estates developed by Chad Bushaw located off of FM 920 with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve 7-B-1 subject to what the counselor presented; all aye; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Wild Mustangs consisting of 4.968 acres developed by Ricardo Villegas located off of Price Lane with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.

Approve the Order for the final cancelation for a subdivision known as Lacy Ranches located in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve the final cancelation as the subdivision known as Lacy Ranches; all aye; carried.

Approve the final revision process for the subdivision known as Bear Creek Ranch consisting of 12.08 acres developed by GH Lumar LLC. located off of Winding Creek Trail with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve item 7-C-2 as presented; all aye; carried.

Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as Eagle Rock Subdivision consisting of 14.984 acres developed by Joshua and Lisa Ellestad located off of Taylor Road with wells and Parker County Special Utility District in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve item 7-C-3; all aye; carried.

Accept the extension for the Letter of Credit for Maintenance for Bulldog Crossing Phase 2 located in Precinct Three for six months. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve the extension; all aye; carried.

Begin the revision process for La Madera Phase 3 consisting of 4.493 acres developed by Jonathan and Falasha Nepaulsingh located off of Rustic View Lane and Angelina Drive with well water in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to begin the revision process for 7-D-1 as presented; all aye; carried.
