6.a: Consider a request for a facade improvement grant for 203 North Main Street in an amount not to exceed $13,392.50. Director of Economic Development Ashley Seiler presented a façade improvement grant request for 203 N. Main St. Heidi Wilder made a motion to approve the full grant request amount of $101,823.50 that was presented to the Weatherford Economic Development Board on November 19, 2025. The motion failed for lack of a second. On the motion of Luke Williams, second by Zack Smith, the City Council voted unanimously to approve the façade improvement grant as presented, in an amount not to exceed $13,392.50. The motion carried 3 - 0.

6.b: Consider a request for a facade improvement grant for 209 North Main Street in an amount not to exceed $22,227. Director of Economic Development Ashley Seiler presented a façade improvement grant request for 209 N. Main St. On the motion of Heidi Wilder, second by Luke Williams, the City Council voted unanimously to approve the façade improvement grant as presented, in an amount not to exceed $22,227. The motion carried 3 - 0.

6.c: Consider a request for a facade improvement grant for 311 North Main Street in an amount not to exceed $84,217. Director of Economic Development Ashley Seiler presented a façade improvement grant request for 311 N. Main St. • Mitchell Parker, MainStreet Partners, 311 N. Main, spoke about the business plans at this address, and addressed questions from Council. On the motion of Luke Williams, second by Zack Smith, the City Council voted to approve the façade improvement grant as presented, in an amount not to exceed $84,217. The motion carried 2 - 1. Heidi Wilder voted in opposition.

6.d: Consider a request for a facade improvement grant for 118 College Avenue in an amount not to exceed $13,477.16. Director of Economic Development Ashley Seiler presented a façade improvement grant request for 118 College Ave. On the motion of Heidi Wilder, second by Luke Williams, the City Council voted unanimously to approve the façade improvement grant as presented, in an amount not to exceed $13,477.16. The motion carried 3 - 0.

6.e: Consider a request for a facade improvement grant for 122 York Ave in an amount not to exceed $31,525. Director of Economic Development Ashley Seiler presented a façade improvement grant request for 122 York Avenue. On the motion of Heidi Wilder, second by Luke Williams, the City Council voted unanimously to approve the façade improvement grant as presented, in an amount not to exceed $33,525. The motion carried 3 - 0.

6.f: Consider approval of a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement between The City of Weatherford and Mike Barakat. Director of Economic Development Ashley Seiler presented a proposed Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement with Mike Barakat for Buttermilk Sky Pie at 2538 S. Main Street. On the motion of Heidi Wilder, second by Luke Williams, the City Council voted unanimously to approve the Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement as presented. The motion carried 3 - 0.
