Audit Reports. ' Motion was -made by Commissioner Walden and seconded by Commissioner Hale to approve consent agenda items. :. Carried.

Approve the County Judge to sign Resolution Authorizing County Grant Program Year 2026 to Parker County Committee on Aging, Inc. Kirsti Smith, Parker County Committee on Aging, presented information to the Court regarding the yearly : County Resolution Agreement for the Meals on Wheels. a. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Design services for Thomas Road. me no Chris Bosco, Freese & Nichols, presented information to the Court. Carried.

Authorization to Advertise PC26-14 Aggregate Road Materials. ) _ Motion was made by Commissioner Conley and seconded by Commissioner Hale-to approve. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.

Approve the Tyler Enterprise ERP Change Order #4 extending the financial. Carried.

Approve the Tyler ERP SAAS agreement removing Employee Expense . Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Discuss/Approve the Career and Technical Education/Internship Agreement with Garner Independent School District. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Discuss/Cast votes via Resolution to fill two Parker County Appraisal District Board of Directors positions for terms beginning January 1st,. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve casting the entirety of the votes for Parker County for Joe Wilkinson; carried.

Discuss/Approve the County Judge to execute Road Assessment Liens for Oak Tree Ranch Estates. Commissioner Holt provided information stating the Court had previously approved the residents of Oak Tree Ranch Estates pay for the upgrade of the road to County standards, with the finalized amount being $7,713 per each 30 lots, totaling $231,390, and being effective January 1, 2026. Motion by Commissioner Holt.and seconded by Commissioner Walden to approve executing the road assessment liens. MOTION CARRIED . I. Discuss/Adopt 2026 Parker County Holiday Calendar. (Judge Deen) Motion was made by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Judge Deen, to approve observing Columbus Day 2026; carried.

Discuss/Approve the Resolution to Allow Online Auctions for Tax Foreclosure Sales, Tax Resales and to Adopt Rules Governing Online Auctions. County Attorney, John Forrest, and Brianna Fowler, County Auditor, presented information to the Court. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve the resolution to allow online auctions, and included in his Motion to allow the option for all three types of payments; carried.

Executed Renewal Agreement for Parker County Law Library.

Executed Interlocal Agreement with Weatherford College for Jail Services. NOT.

Executed Interlocal Agreement with City of Weatherford for the Operation of the Animal Control Shelter.

Executed Interlocal Agreement with City of Mineral Wells for Jail Service.

Executed renewal contract for Abandoned Cemetery Association for fiscal 2025/2026 year.

Executed Motorola Annual Service Agreement.

Executed Motorola Service Agreement for the completion of the Smith Tower. Items A-H were accepted into the Minutes.

An executive/closed session meeting will be held pursuant to Sections 551.071(2) and 551.129 of the Texas Government Code (consultation with attorneys) for the Commissioners Court to consult with and seek advice from its attorneys regarding: (a) the active land development regulations of Parker County; (b) land development regulation options available to Texas counties; and (c) any other matter described:in this meeting agenda. ;. Release the construction bond for Terra Vista and accept the maintenance bond in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Call the Construction bond, in the form of a Letter of Credit, in Aviara Ridge Phase Two in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve the new construction bond; carried.

Accept the Groundwater Study for Zion Valley Phase Two in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Accept the Letter of Credit for Construction for Zion Valley Phase Two in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Begin and continue the process to change/reduce the speed limit on Old Mineral Wells Highway from Weatherford city limits to Ric Williamson Memorial Highway. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.

Begin the revision process for a subdivision known as Gremminger Ranch at Southridge, with two lots consisting of five (5) acres located off of Walter Joseph Way, developed by James and Amy Hall, with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.

Begin the revision process for a subdivision known as Lake Country Acres, with ten (10) lots consisting of two point six one three acres (2.613), located off of Lois Circle, developed by Mary Swingle with Aqua Texas Water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.

Notification of the release of 100 acres located off Old Airport Road and Hwy 171 from the City of Weatherford in Precinct Four.
