Accept/Reject/Renew PC25-08 Home Improvement & Building Supplies. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve; carried.

Elections Building Renovation Construction C.O. #2. Tim Hopkins, Engineer presented information to the court. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve the recommendation of the Building & Grounds Director; carried.

PC 23-48 Welding Supplies Master Cylinder Lease Agreement and Supplement. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve; carried.

Request authorization to salvage/destroy/parts Bulletproof Vests, Ballistic Shield, Shot Gun, Rugged Laptop & Storage Building. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve; carried.

Accept/Reject/Renew RFP PC25-04 Debris Removal Monitoring. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT |, to approve; carried.

Forming an advisory committee to provide recommendations to Commissioners Court regarding the hiring needs of county departments and take any related actions. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve that Becky McCullough, County Treasurer, Sheriff Authier, Shirley Mitchell, Grant Writer, District Attorney, Jeff Swain, Richard Heizer, Commissioner PCT 3, Larry Walden and Commissioner PCT 2, Commissioner Holt, serve on an advisory committee; carried.

Discuss/Approve contract with Cultivate Real Estate for the appraisal services of a triangular section of land on the south side of Green Branch Road. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve.

Select engineering firm for purposes of updating subdivision rules and regulations. WILL COME BACK TO THIS ITEM.

Approve May 3, 2025 election contracts and allow County Attorney to sign. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve; carried.

Declare pot belly pig as salvage and donate it to the Weatherford Animal Shelter. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve; carried.

Discuss and Approve Parker County to host one day regional workshop for TAC on Tuesday, September 30,. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve; carried.

Discuss establishing a committee for space allocation at the Annex on Santa Fe Drive. (Becky McCullough / Commissioner Conley JP 3 Judge, Randal Grissom presented information to the court. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to approve that the committee consist of, Committee Chair, Commissioner Conley PCT 1, County Clerk Lila Deakle, Mark Long, Building and Grounds Director, Tax Assessor, Jenny Gentry and CCL1 Judge Kirk Martin; carried.

A resolution regarding biosolids permitting, regulation, and application in Texas. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT |, to approve; carried.

Approval of application from Ansco & Associates, LLC to lay AT&T Fiber lines under and/or along the right of way of Hillcroft and White Settlement. Motion by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve; carried.

Axon Terms & Conditions.for the purchase of Tasers & Body Cameras for County Attorney Buyboard 743-24. Motion by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, seconded by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, to pass this Resolution today, and forward it to the appropriate individual; carried.

Review and execute renewal agreement for NCT911 Microwave Tower located at 801 Santa. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, to approve; carried.

Approve the DocuSign Order for Master Services Agreement Public Sector for DWI Blood Search Warrants. No action taken.

Approve annual bond for Deputy Constable Bill King, Precinct. Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve; carried.

Approve the variance for the driveway distances on Tucker Drive for a subdivision to be ~ known as Tandy Addition with no new driveways in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve 9-A-2; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Tandy Addition consisting of 7.259 acres developed by Ryan Dennis located off of Tucker Drive and FM 730 with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve 9-A-3; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Hinkle Estates Ph 2 consisting of . 2.177 acres developed by the Rodney Hinkle Independent Executor of Juanita Hinkle Coffee Estates located off of Old Springtown Road with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, to approve 9-A-4; carried.

Accept the Special Warranty Deed for additional right of way off of Old Springtown . Road for a subdivision to be known as Hinkle Estates PH 2 in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3, to approve; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Mason Meadows consisting of 7.762 acres developed by Meat us Investments LLC with Walnut Creek SUD in Precinct Two. No action taken.

Approve the firial plat for a subdivision to be known as Bradshaw Road Addition ° consisting of 2.997 acres developed by Ambition Group LLC and Nathan Bowers with Walnut Creek SUD in Precinct Two. No action taken.

Approve the Special Warranty Deed for additional right of way off of Bear Creek Road in a subdivision to be known as Sierra Vista Ph 1-B in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, to approve; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as La Dorada Addition Ph 1A consisting of 91.351 acres developed by Kelly Ranch Estates LLC with Cresson Crossroads MUD in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, to approve; carried.

Approve the waiver for groundwater study for a subdivision to be known as Golden Acres Estates consisting of 17.679 acres divided into 3 lots in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, to approve; carried.

Approve the cancelation process and Order 25-07 for 56.51 acres known as Avanzada Phase 1A in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, seconded by Commissioner Conley PCT 1, to approve; carried.
