Parker County Precinct Three declares waste dirt salvage from Rio Brazos Subdivision. No action taken.
Consider/Take action to reappoint Dr. Stephen Welch as the Parker County Public Health Authority for a two-year term ending in April. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; all aye; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Vintage Oaks Phase Three consisting of 162.018 acres developed by Finney Estates located off of Veal Station Road with Walnut Creek Water Supply in Precinct One. No action taken.

Approve the permit for Atmos Energy to bore under Scroggins Road and Springwood Ranch Loop located in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 11-A-3 as presented; all aye; carried.
Review and execute the Instrument and Order to cancel a Subdivision known as Jamie Acres consisting of 11.69 acres located in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 11-A-5 as presented; all aye; carried.
Notification of a subdivision to be known as Waterstone Estates consisting of 57.067 acres located inside the ETJ of the City of Reno developed by Royal Valley Developments LLC located off of Ladybird Lane with well water in Precinct One. No action taken.
Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Advance Acreage consisting of 10 acres developed by Horacio and Fatima Valverde located off of Advance Road with well water in Precinct Two. No action taken.

Begin the revision process for s subdivision known as Comanche ranch consisting of 5.051 acres developed by Jacob Johnston located off of Nikki Trill Lane with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve 11-B-4; all aye; carried.
Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Glick Estates consisting of 4.2552 acres developed by Eugene Shimer and Paula Glick located off Brook Hollow Lane with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve 11-C-1 as presented in court; all aye; carried.
Approve the preliminary plat to be known as Collins Addition consisting of 20.368 acres developed by Ralph and Amber Collins and Ray and Dorthea Harris located off of FM 51 with well water in Precinct Three.
