OOG Cybersecurity Grant 5382501. Budget Analyst Bianca Lord and Assistant IT Director Abraham Favela provided information to the Court. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve transferring $29,600 from contingency into the grant fund, and authorize the Auditor to override the amount coming from contingency; carried.
Go-live date for Tyler Munis accounting system. (Brianna . Fowler / Judge Deen). Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve go-live date : to April 1, 2026; carried.
Discuss/Approve processing of plat filing fees. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.
Approve Addendum to Interlocal with Town of Peaster for roadway repair and maintenance. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; carried.
