Motion by Commissioner Holt PCT 2, seconded by Commissioner Walden PCT 3 that there is a public-need and necessity for this roadway and we had made an offer, to purchase this land but have not been able to reach an agreement based on the previous values therefore I make the motion that we should proceed with the condemnation efforts on the property on 613 N Oakridge; carried.
Vote/Take action to authorize County to proceed to secure a revocable land commitment for purposes of constructing a County Justice Center. Motion by Commissioner Hale PCT 4, seconded by Commissioner, to approve; carried.
