Presentation of 2023 Distinguished Service Award to Parker County Historical Commission from The Texas Historical Commission. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Discuss/Approve Request for the City of Willow Park, Texas to annex a portion of East Bankhead Highway for a distance of approximately 7,313 feet and comprising approximately 10.98 acres of land pursuant to section 43.1055 of the Local Government Code to allow the city to annex an approximately 3.208 acre tract of land situated in the H.T. & B.R.R. Co. Survey, Abstract Number 647 and the Heirs of Francisco Sanchez Survey, Abstract 2346, Parker County, Texas. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Requesting Commissioners Court to draft a letter of concern to TxDOT, RTC, and NCTCOG, regarding FM 51 and the need for improvements and funding for safety. : Minutes-Regular Session June 10, 2024 Page 3. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
TAC Property Coverage Insurance renewal for. No action taken.
Accept/Reject/Renew TB RFQ PC24-01 On-Systems Projects Engineering Design. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve the committee’s recommendations for Graham and Associates for I-20; Halff and Associates for FM 730; and Teague, Nall and Perkins for FM 1187 to begin the negotiation phase; all aye; carried.
Ongoing reporting of bond projects to Commissioners Court by Freese & Nichols. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to accept the report and approve the program management plan; all aye; carried.
Approval of the Agreement for A Local on System Improvement Project with TxDOT for Starfall Lane. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve the Order for the voluntary annexation for approximately a 996-acre tract of land located off of White Settlement Road and Pearson Ranch Road with the City of Weatherford and take aby action the court deems necessary. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
Discuss/Approve contract between Tri-County and Precinct 2 for a light at JE Woody Rd. & Collins Ln. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Judge Deen, to approve.
