Communications Concepts Agreement for Cleaning of CCL2 Audio Visual System. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; all aye; carried.

Approval of the use of the Parker County Annex to display artwork during National Crime Victim Rights Week the week of April 21-27,. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; all aye; carried.

Approve the final revision for a subdivision known as Hear Creek Ranch PH 3 consisting of 188.01 acres developed by Brothers in Christ Properties, LLC located off of Bear Creek Ranch Road with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve as presented in court today; all aye; carried.

Begin the revision process for Western Lake Estates Lot 35 developed by Benjamin & Crystal Johnson and Amanda Williams located off of Western Lake Dr. with Western Lake Water in Precinct Three. No action taken.

Approve the waiver for the groundwater study for HEC Estates in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.

Approve the final revision for a subdivision known as HEC Estates consisting of 11.04 acres developed by Jimmie & Jennifer Peikert located off of Sabathney Road with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.

Begin the revision process for a subdivision known as Heather Ridge consisting of 10.0 acres developed by Mark & Jennifer Parkison located off of Heather Ridge Court with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.

Amendment of Brooks Meadow Subdivision in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.

Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as Ellis Subdivision consisting of 2.3 acres developed by Arlynn Prachyl and Lori Berry located off of Poolville Cut Off with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale. ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.

Approve the waiver for the groundwater study for Ellis Subdivision in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.

Waive driveway distance and right of way dedication for CMM Properties Subdivision in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.

Begin the platting process for a subdivision known as Horton Ranch consisting of 17.49 acres developed by Dylan Sheffield located off of Whitt Road and Brumbelow Road with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.

Approve the waiver for the groundwater study for Horton Ranch in Precinct Two. AYES: Judge Deen, Commissioner Conley, Commissioner Holt, Commissioner Hale ABSENT: Commissioner Walden; carried.

Approve the final plat for the subdivision to be known as Summit Ranch located within the ETJ City of Weatherford consisting of 131.005 acres Developed by Savage Creek, LLC located off of Muir Road with well water in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.

Accept the Special Warranty Deed for additional right of way off of Muir Road and Savage Lane for Summit Ranch in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.

Begin the revision process for the subdivision known as Aledo Heights located within the ETJ of Annetta South consisting of 93.54 developed by Kenmark Homes, LP, Aledo Heights, LLC and Elmwood Homes, LLC with Town of Annetta Water System in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
