Approve Order #24-05 for the annexation of the entire right of way width of Center Point Road from Highway 180 South approximately 2,146.14 feet to the point where Center Point Road is currently within the City of Weatherford Limits. Approve the final plat for the subdivision to be known as Sunset View consisting of 10.099 acres developed by Michael Willis located off of Old Springtown Road with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 7-A-1; all aye; carried.
Accept the Special Warranty Deeds for Sunset View for additional right of way in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 7-A-2; all aye; carried.
Release the Letter of Credit for Maintenance for Pioneer Crossing Estates and accept the following roads Pioneer Crossing, Pinnell Prairie, Robertson Bend, Prospect View, and Alford Way as county-maintained roadways in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Newport Addition consisting of 6.841 acres released by the City of Weatherford ETJ developed by Angela Guo, Toby Thomas, and John and Rebecca Wright located off of Old Brock Road and Newport Road with well water located in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.
Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Summit Ranch consisting of 131.005 acres developed by Savage Creek, LLC and L.P. Ladouceur located off of Muir Road with well water in Precinct Four. No action taken.
Accept the Special Warranty Deeds for Summit Ranch for additional right of way in Precinct Four. No action taken.
