Discuss economic development incentives for project Eagle. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to accept the preliminary agreement with Oncor Oilfield Services LLC regarding tax abatement with the caveat that they would employ year one fifty employees, year three 150 with an average yearly wage of $85,000, and a capital investment of $25,000,000; all aye; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Thomas Len Estates Phase Two consisting of 84.836 acres release from the City of Azle ETJ developed by 2HM Investments LLC and Jackie Mauldin located off of Thomas Len Road with Walnut Creek Water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 9-A-1; all aye; carried.

Accept the Letter of Credit for Thomas Len Estates in Precinct One. Motion was made by Commissioner Conley and seconded by Commissioner Hale to approve 9-A-2. All aye; carried.

Begin the revision process for Live Oak Hills consisting of 9.971 acres developed by Ambition Group LLC located off of Yucca View East with Aqua Texas Water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 9-A-3; all aye; carried.

Begin the revision process for Jamie Acres consisting of 11.48 acres developed Series 1730 Gilliland LLC, Series 110 Gary LLC and Friendly Frank MGF Homes located off of Gilliland Road with Walnut Creek Water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 9-A-4; all aye; carried.

Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as WPC Addition consisting of 9.670 acres developed by Church Road Storage LLC with North Rural Water Supply in Precinct Two. No action taken.

Approve the final plat for the subdivision to be known as Tierce Acres consisting of 10 acres developed by NTH Unlimited LLC and Douglas and Judith Cormier located off of Sandy Lane with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.

Accept the Special Warranty Deed for additional right of way for Tierce Acres in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.

Approve the final plat for the subdivision to be known as Carlton Acres consisting of 20.046 acres developed by NTH Unlimited LLC and Douglas and Judith Cormier located off of Scott Lane with well water in Precinct Two. Transfer the two Special Warranty Deeds from Kenmark Homes LLC to Parker County to correct a clerical error. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.

Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as Newport Addition consisting of 6.84] acres released by the City of Weatherford ETJ developed by Angela Guo and John and Rebecca Wright located off of Old Brock Road and Newport Road with well water located in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.
