Request approval and authorize the County Judge to execute Premier Commercial Group Change Order 9, 10 and 11 to RFP PC22-19 Courthouse Interior Repairs.

Request Authorization for Salvage - Destruction of Unsold Auction Lots. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.

The purchase or lease of desktop printers. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve the recommendation of the Department Head; all aye; carried.

Allocation of space at newly acquired facility located at 801 Santa Fe Dr. Weatherford, TX. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve the Committee recommendations for space allocation; all aye; carried.

Request approval and authorize the County Judge to execute Premier Commercial Group Change Order 9, 10 and 11 to RFP PC22-19 Courthouse Interior Repairs. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve Change Order #’s 10 and 11; all aye; carried.

Approve discretionary exemption for professional service for fiscal year 2023 independent audit services to Weaver and Tidwell, LLP, in accordance with LGC 262.024, and authorize the County Auditor to sign an engagement letter. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.

Approve Leithner Financial Group to adopt a Country Road, Tidwell Road for 2 years in Precinct #3. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.

Interlocal Agreement with Town of Annetta South for road repairs. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.

Release the Letter of Credit for Maintenance for the Vistas on Veal and accept Grant Alan Court as a county-maintained roadway in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 8-A-1; all aye; carried.

Release the Letter of Credit for Maintenance for the Vintage Oaks Phase 1 and accept a portion of Ash Lane and Oak Meadow Road as a county-maintained roadway in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 8-A-2; all aye; carried.

Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as Pleasant Oaks Subdivision consisting of 3.10 acres developed by Moorefield Living Trust located off of Knob Road with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 8-A-3; all aye; carried.

Approve the preliminary plat for subdivision to be known as Umphenour Addition located within the ETJ City of Springtown consisting of 9.99 acres developed by Donald & Judith Umphenour located off of Sandlin Lane with well water in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 8-A-5; all aye; carried.

Approve the road change to post No Thru Truck Traffic signs located on Harwell Lake Road, Precinct Road, Poolville Cutoff Road, and New Authon Road in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve the road change for these particular roads to, “No Through Truck Traffic”; all aye; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Stanley Ridge Estates consisting of 42.194 acres developed by Cross Land Development LLC located off of Stanley Lane with well water in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve 2; all aye; carried.

Accept the Special Warranty Deed for Stanley Ridge Estates in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve this item; all aye; carried.

Release the Letter of Credit for Construction and Accept the Letter of Credit for Maintenance for Sedona Creek in Precinct Two. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve item 4; all aye; carried.

Review and Execute the Instrument and Order for the cancellation process for Lot 41, Block 1 of Blue Bonnet Ridge Phase 2. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve item 8-C-1; all aye; carried.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as BLPAW Subdivision consisting of 10.826 acres developed by BLPAW, LLC located off of Tin Top Road with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve item 8-C-2; all aye; carried.

Approve the six-month extension for Bulldog Crossing Phase 3 in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.

Approve the six-month extension for Rangewood in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; all aye; carried.

Approve the final revision process for the subdivision known as Brock Springs consisting of 6.019 acres developed by Doug Dennis located off of Old Brock Road with well water in Precinct Three. Release the Letter of Credit for Maintenance for Rolling Creek Ranch and accept Round Rock Drive, Brown Bear Drive, Rolling Creek Drive, Rolling Creek Court, and Ranch Boulevard as county-maintained roadways in Precinct Four. No action taken.
