The Parker County Commissioners Court met in regular session May 8, 2023 at the courthouse in Weatherford. What the court decided, as the minutes record it:

Authorization to advertise RFQ PC23-43 Architect/Engineering Services for Springtown Annex Expansion. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to do the RFQ; all aye; carried.

Waive 10-day posting for Deputy Clerk position. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve; all aye; carried.

Review and execute an application for funding consideration under the Texas Event Trust Fund program for the 2023 Brazos Bash. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve item 5-L as presented in court today; all aye; carried.

Consider and take action to amend voting precinct 415 as submitted by the Elections Administrator. None. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to accept recommendation “A” of the Elections Administrator; all aye; carried.

Municipal interlocal agreements pertaining to septic permitting. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve 5-C.

East Annex Project Update and take any action as necessary. No action taken.

Approve the salvage & disposal/destruction of County assets. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve item 5-A as presented; all aye; carried.

Final Report on Results of On-line Surplus Property Auction Ended 4/14/2023. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve the results as presented in court; all aye; carried.

Approve the transfer of funds from the General Fund Program Contingency to cover price increases of automobiles ordered in October 2022 for Sheriff's Office, Ag. Extension and Constable. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve item D-7- A, to transfer the funds to cover the price of the increases in vehicles that have been previously ordered and to look for other options that might save Parker County money and make the best deal that we can; all aye; carried.

Ratify the Mooring Service Agreements for mitigation and repair services for the Ag Extension Building flood event on December 23, 2022 and County Attorney, Juvenile Probation and Building & Grounds properties damaged from the tornado event on March 2,. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve item D-8 as presented in court today; all aye; carried.

Consider authorizing a one-time purchase/reimbursement for emergency amateur radio equipment for the Office of Emergency Services. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve 5-F as presented in court; all aye; carried.

Approve the Addendum for Hudson Oaks for road repairs in Precinct Four. No action taken.

Approve the Interlocal and Addendum for road repairs with the City of Aledo and Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; carried.

Approve the Memorandum of Understanding for Poolville ISD for School Resource Officers. *. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; all aye; carried.

Approve the Memorandum of Understanding for Peaster ISD for School Resource Officers. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; all aye; carried.

Department of Treasury Requests for Transfer of Property Seized by Parker County Sheriffs Office.

Addendums for the Town of Annetta for Road Repair.

Approve the final plat for a subdivision to be known as Vintage Oaks Phase Three consisting of 162.018 acres developed by Finney Estates located off of Beal Station Road with Walnut Creek Water Supply in Precinct One. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 8-A-1 as presented; all aye; carried.

Accept the Letter of Credit for Construction for Vintage Oaks Phase Three in Precinct. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 8-A-2 as presented; all aye; carried.

Release the Letter of Credit for Maintenance for Remington Estates Phase 5 and accept Knob Court as a county-maintained roadway. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve 8-A-4 as presented; all aye; carried.

Approve the final plat to be known as Collins Acres Addition consisting of 20.368 acres developed by Ralph and Amber Collins and Ray and Dorthea Harris located off of FM 51 with well water in Precinct Three. No action taken.

Approve the preliminary plat for a subdivision to be known as Molly Ranch Estates consisting of 8.256 acres developed by CWE Investments LLC located off of Robinson Road with well water in Precinct Three. Motion by Commissioner Walden, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve C-3 as presented; all aye; carried.

Approve the final plat for a revision of Sugartree on the Brazos located within the ETJ of the City of Dennis in Precinct Three. No action taken.

Begin the revision process by metes and bounds for Bear Creek Estates Phase 1 or lots 4R and 5R developed by Lumar Land and Cattle LLC off of Bear Creek Road with well water in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.

Begin the revision process for Rio Vista Phase 1 developed by Kelly Ranch Estates LLC located off of Kelly Road and Bear Creek Road with Cresson Crossroads MUD in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.

Release the Letter of Credit for Construction and accept the Letter of Credit for Maintenance for Aledo River in Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve; all aye; carried.
