Approved a final plat for Wossum Ranch Phase 3, 25 residential lots plus 1 existing gas-well site being 36.735 acres in the JJ Bradford Survey, Abstract No. 1931, City of Weatherford, Parker County, Texas, SBD2021-0085, on recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC), subject to all requirements of the subdivision ordinance, and to the following conditions which must be met prior to certification and filing: 1. The easement will need to be recorded before the final plat is approved. 7. Provide documentation that at least 50 percent of the total street centerline length is curvilinear (Reference WMC §11-6-3(d). This applies to each phase of the development. 8. An approved preliminary plat is required before the final plat can be approved (Reference WMC §11-5-4(b). 9. Provide a recorded easement for offsite water line. Approved a preliminary plat for Glenn Addition, 11 residential lots being 45.855 acres in the J.M.V. Blackwell Survey, Abstract 2517 and the D. The easement lines do not appear to be shown correct on Lot 7 as they don’t close. 2. Show all existing structures on the property on the existing conditions sheet (Reference WMC §11-4-5(d). 3. Include contour labels on the existing conditions sheet (Reference WMC §11-4-5(e). Contour intervals shall be no more than 2’.
