Superintendent's report and information items: The Board reviewed the Technology Department Program Evaluation and Booster Club Reports for the 2024-2025 school year. The Pledge of Allegiance and the District Mission Statement were led by Austin Elementary students. The invocation was given by Jeff Ford. The Board reviewed the Austin Elementary School campus report, 2025 A-F Accountability Results, 2025-2026 Board Annual Planning Calendar, and Financial Reports for the month ending July 31, 2025.

Dan Woods moved to approve the 2025-2026 Campus and District Improvement Plans as presented; Brian Catlin seconded (7-0).

Brian Catlin moved to approve the resolution for Tarrant County 4H as an extracurricular activity and the agents to be adjunct faculty of Weatherford ISD for the 2025-2026 school year; Kindra Lucia seconded (7-0).
