SBD-25-0015. Senior Planner Monica Johnson presented a request for final plat approval for Holiday World at 2328 East I-20, submitted by applicant HWH Real Estate Holdings Co, LLC. On the motion of Sharon Hayes, second by Zachary Cray, the Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of the final plat as presented, subject to all requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance. The motion carried 6 - 0.
