2.a: Hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the voluntary annexation of Center Point Road, 8.781 acres of land being the right-of-way of Center Point Road from Highway 180 south approximately 2,146.14 feet to the point where Center Point Road is currently within the City limits, located in the P.B. Pipkin Survey, A-1073 and the Addison Hawkins Survey, A-665 in the City of Weatherford, Parker County, Texas. Director of Development and Neighborhood Services Kaleb Kentner provided background information regarding this request and explained that this was the first of two Public Hearings to be held on this item before the ordinance would be presented to City Council for consideration at the meeting scheduled for April 9, 2024; no action was required at this time. Mayor Paul Paschall opened the Public Hearing at 5:02 p.m. As there were no speakers, Mayor Paschall closed the Public Hearing at 5:03 p.m.
