The Parker County Commissioners Court met in session Sept. 17, 2025 at the courthouse in Weatherford. What the court decided, as the minutes record it:

Approve Addendum to Municipal-County Contract for Road Repair with the City of Willow Park and Precinct Four. Motion by Commissioner Hale, seconded by Commissioner Conley, to approve an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Willow Park for road improvements; carried.

Salaries and Benefits for Non-Elected Employees. Judge Johnson presented request for her staff be paid on parity with the Court Coordinators of the other three Courts. Motion by County Judge Pat Deen, seconded by Commissioner Holt, to approve; carried.

Capital & Non-Capital Budget Requests. Commissioner Walden, and Bill Warren, from the Parker County Historical Commission, provided update from the repairs on the Jim Wright house.

Special Revenue Funds and Projects. Motion by Commissioner Holt, seconded by Commissioner Walden, to approve the Archive Plan; carried.

Salaries and Benefits for Non-Elected Employees. Motion by Commissioner Conley, seconded by Commissioner Hale, to approve; carried.

Capital & Non-Capital Budget Requests. No action taken.

Present/Discuss/Approve General Fund Budget for FY2025-2026. Bianca Lord, Budget Analyst, and Brianna Fowler, Auditor, presented budget adjustment updates to the Court.
