5.a: Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute professional services Task Order 2 with CEC Corporation for the design of relocating overhead utilities underground on Palo Pinto Street according to an existing master service agreement in an amount not to exceed $548,250. Assistant Director of Electric Utilities James McGill presented this item. Ater discussion, on the motion of Lindsey Hester, second by Ken Davis, the board voted unanimously to approve the item as presented. Motion carried 7 - 0.

6.a: Water System Update Director of Water Utilities Rick Shaffer presented this item. This update was for informational purposes, and no action was required or taken.

6.b: Lake Weatherford Improvements Director of Public Works Matt Leppla provided a brief update on the Lake Weatherford Trail Project. Mr. Leppla discussed timelines and mitigating traffic concerns during the on-going project. MUB05282026 Page 1 of 3 Director of Parks, Recreation, and Special Events Jaycob Kirkpatrick provided photos with the current conditions of the Lake Weatherford Marina property and a proposed concept of improvements. Danielle Ford, 726 W Lake Drive, spoke regarding the lack of on-going maintenance by the city in the Lake Weatherford area. These updates were for informational purposes, and no action was required or taken.
