Consent agenda, approved as one vote: 5.a: Approved Resolution R2025-22 amending the FY26 Adopted Utility Budget. 5.b: Awarded Bid No. 2025-029 to Technology International, Inc for the purchase of a towable emergency electric generator, in the amount of $128,430. 5.c: Authorized the expenditure of funds with Anixter, Inc., Texas Electric Cooperatives, Inc., Techline, Inc., and Wesco Distribution, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $4 million cumulatively.

6.a: Discuss and consider a Policy on Impact Fee Credits for water and wastewater impact fees and consider a recommendation to the City Council to approve Ordinance O2025-50 to implement said policy. Director of Water Utilities Rick Shaffer presented this item. Mr. Shaffer explained that due to a time constraint this item had to go to the City Council prior to today’s meeting.
