Director of Public Works Matt Leppla presented this item. After discussion, on the motion of Dr. Tom Novak, second by Heidi Wilder, the board voted to approve the item as presented. Motion carried 6 – 0.
5.b: Discuss and consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Carollo Engineers, in the amount of $280,050 for professional engineering services for the Water Reclamation Facility Master Plan project. Director of Water Utilities Rick Shaffer presented this item. After discussion, on the motion of Ken Davis, second by Heidi Wilder, the board voted to approve the item as presented. Motion carried 6 - 0.
